Pay for Pool use, wait for room service

Location, Breakfast OK,
Not Good, We were hoping to use indoor pool and the Sauna/ steam, every thing was chargeable. Not exceptable for 5 Star Hotel. Rooms need updating.

Not enough attention to detail

location, food, facility
Facilities were clean, superb, beautiful, large rooms and bathrooms. The wifi was very weak in the room and worked occasionally. In the room there was no list of food available for room service or hotel regulations, though the guard in French (which I do not understand, evidently his only language) seemed to be reprimanding me for bringing in a pizza. For the price I expected much better.

Nice hotel

Beautiful decoration in the central hall, separate toilet and bathroom, good breakfast, friendly staff, possibility to swim of you pay
Sometimes not so good preserved interior of you count the five stars of the hotel, airco seemed broken.

lovely hotel with very pleasant staff

the rooms and the staff
we moved here from the tichka salam on our 2nd night in marakesh and it as definitely a very good decision. everything about this hotel was great. the staff were very helpful even when we first went to just check it out. breakfast was good and the room itself was fantastic so we extended our stay for 2 nights. the location is perfect -it is about a 15 minute walk from the main city centre. there are restaurants and nice coffee joints nearby. it feels very high end for the price we paid - so it was very good value for money. would definitely stay here again

great hotel would visit again

great pool, grand reception hall, generally great hotel with great staff
would deffinatley recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great place to relax and wind down after the hustle and bustle that is marrakech..the photos of the reception do not do it justice it is the first thing you see when you walk in and a truly beautiful sight..the rooms were the biggest i have seen, cleaned daily and tastefully decorated.the buffet breakfast has a vast selection to suit all tastes..if i were being very very picky i would say the water force of the shower was below what i would have liked,
Hotel Feature Tip: the hotel spa and indoor pool..although quite pricey well worth it

Nice hotel, very friendly staff

Staff, tour bus stop in front, clean area
big hotel, not much guest, breakfast was limited in choice. restaurants were often closed due to the lack of clients. heated indoor pool is a plus.hassan from the hotel reception was great. best possible service and great professionalism.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: City bus tour stops at the hotel entrance. 30 dhs for a foreigner to go to the Djamaa square without hard bargaining.

Good location but not a 5 star

Staff, tour bus stop in front, clean area
This was not a 5 star. Pros: -Very helpful staff -City tour bus stops in front of the hotel -Heated pool during winter for 9 euros per hour
Restaurant Tip: -Djem el Fna square restaurants that overview the square. Taxi should cost you 3 euros per way.

big room.great location/views.friendly staff.

as in title..location,views,room size and staff.
stayed with my sister for just one night on last night of our tour of morocco.arrived late, greated well by porter/reception.rooms were amazing!we both had great views of the boulevard and was interesting watching all the goings on in the street.we were hungry as we had just had a very long day so we ordered room service at 2am which was delivered prompt and good value.had a good nights sleep then we had a quick visit to the main square which was a real eye opener.say no more! would for sure return to this hotel.we are thinking now 2 nights on arrival in marrakesh then do a tour including the desert and then return to this hotel for 2 nights before we go home. must say that the main thing we liked about this hotel was the friendliness of the staff who were very helpful.due to short stay we didnt get a chance to get to know any of them apart from young abdul who helped us at breakfast..a very nice guy. many thanks to you all at mogador menara for ending our holiday on a high note. craig and audrey from uk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: grande fantasia show was superb.meal, dancers and horse show in marrakesh.we done this on the first day we arrived in marrakesh before going touring.it was good value for money.
