Awful
Awful smell in room, awful bathrooms and toilets. Quite expensive compared to others. Spent as little time here as possible.

The staff names luke was rude and seemed drunk during his night shift for 2 consecutive nights. The staff in the morning are ok. Trash bins are already full in the afternoon or evening but would only be collected the next day. It seems like the restrooms are only cleaned in the morning.

the environment is obviously good, near from mrt, but some quest are too noisy and too make themselves at home.please install a light bulb in the last two toilets 1st floor. the price dispute within agoda and booking.com clearly let me down. since i paid much more from what agoda have stated and committed. maybe next time cheap thing no good , good thing no cheap for me.
