Sadly disappointed

Location, varied food choices, comfy beds
Underwhelming. Bed and pillows were comfy. Room was meh -- nothing special. I could hear it when the travelers next door were using the bathroom or the TV. Props for varied food choices in the hotel though.

My experience

Location was just perfect for my stay in Las Vegas , the staff went above and were always friendly with a smile on their face and the hotel has a wide ale toon or places to eat
My stay was very nice. For the first time in Vegas , I would recommend this hotel for location and friendliness of the staff

Not impressed

Location, ease of navigating around, good cheap coffee at McDonalds
Our stay was less than impressive at the Monte Carlo. We ordered and paid for a room with a King bed but when we checked in they told us that there were no kings available. Ok, we are fine with that so we agree to a Queen. The first room they sent us to had the odor of smoke so bad that you could smell it in the hall before you opened the door and this is supposedly a non smoking hotel (in the rooms). The staff quickly assigned a different room and when we arrive to that around 5pm we discovered that the beds had not been made so another call to the front desk and sent to yet another room. This one seemed fine, clean and had a pool view so we were ok until we wanted to shower before we went out and of course the shower wouldn't turn on so we called and they sent maintenance up to fix it which they did. For all this inconvenience you would think they would offer an upgrade or some money off the nightly rate but all they offered us was a $50 voucher for any restaurant in their hotel. Very unimpressed with the rooms which unfortunately for our trip over shadowed the casino and restaurants they have which are good. We will not be staying at the Monte Carlo again anytime soon.

A great hotel in a perfect location

The service from entering the hotel, the cleanliness of the room we stayed in and the food was great.
We have no negatives to say about this hotel. It was in a great location to get around the strip. It was also easy for us to leave the strip to go travelling to the other places we visited. The service from the staff we spoke to was excellent and each day we returned to our room it was spotless. We will definitely return to this hotel should we return to Las Vegas.

Room is too small& wrong bed
My experience was so bad! The room was really small and old. I booked a king size bed room, they give me 2 twin beds room. Dispointed! The staff in casino was harsh as well.

Rating Monte Carlo

Room Size, Cleanliness, Location
My stay was actually very pleasant. However, there are a couple of things I didn't like. Monte Carlo needs a restaurant in which to eat breakfast other than the Pub and the Buffet in case someone doesn't want a huge breakfast at the Buffet. Secondly, room service needs to stay open 24/7. I tried to call room service after 10:30 pm and it was closed. You should be able to order room service any time you want.
