Peaceful
Awesome sunsets
Resort: This is more of an hotel than a resort. Room: Small rooms, good Bed, Horrible shower. Roof top sit out not up to expectation. Restaurant: Lovely food, Bit expensive than the other close by restaurants. Do not miss the sunset from the restaurant. Serves hot food with a smile and quite fast. Parathas were really good. Beach: A real nice and clean beach, The water depth is low so good to play. There are shacks close by, order some stuff (check the price before hand) and can use them for a while. This is not as crowded as Baga or Calangute, so there are no water sports. Near by beaches as well are good to visit. Transportation: If you like night life hire a car as it is quite dark near this resort else a bike should do. Airport transfer: At the airport they charge around Rs 1500 outside once the flight passengers have left you can bargain up to Rs 800. When coming back it is around 1200 to 1000 Rs. Dolphin Spotting: There is a boat ride from a boating club close by; In the early hours for Dolphin spotting. we were luck enough to spot around 6 dolphins, charges around 1000 Rs for the boat so can be more than one couple. Run by Sam.

Great Location but horrible attitude
Great Location, Nice rooms, Well maintained toilets
The huts were decent however leaving any eatables in the room is not advised because of rats. The attitude of the staff too was bordering non-friendly and we ended up visiting the neighboring Ran Paradise for advise on most things - from bike rentals to food.

Beautiful secluded little spot
The location is great!
This hotel is located at the end of a beach road in northern Goa, making it very quiet and relaxed. The beach is right there and the sunsets are fantastic. You can easily rent a motorbike to get other, more populous areas or you could just stay there as the food is really good. It is located about halfway between Anjuna and Arambol beaches, meaning you are close to food, shopping, or other activities like yoga and meditation too, if that's your thing.

The ideal place to take a chill pill
Very homely experience and friendly crew
The place is located at an amazing location, far from the crowd of the city and doesn't get flooded with tourists. It has a very Goan feel to it. You can sit at the restaurant and just gaze at the sea for hours to your heart's content. The rooms are clean and functional. The food is delicious and the crew is very friendly. I would suggest everyone planning to stay here to rent a bike or car and drive yourself to his place since cab service is difficult to avail at this location.

lovely hotel
fantastic beds!!
Staff all very welcoming, rooms with fan where hot so reccomend a/c, great hot shower always clean, the bed was a dream, so comfy. Staff very friendly and happy to help, food in the restaraunt very good and some really good local curry dishes. Location was close to the beach but bit far from town, so would need to rent bike, don't reccomend to hire at Pams though as we where charged double the going rate, so shop around! Would deffinutly return again

Perfect spot for calm and enjoyable stay......
Clean and Spacey rooms, Tasty food at the restaurant, Resort situated right on Morjim beach, Near to the famous beaches like Baga, Anjuna, etc...
we, a group of 5 friends from bangalore, stayed at this hotel from 16mar2012 to 18mar2012. we reached panjim on the first day morning and rented two wheelers (activa) and reached this resort. it was approx 25 kms and it took us just 45 mins to reach since the goa traffic is less compared to cities like bangalore. resort's check in time is 12:00 pm. but,we reached there before itself. however, we were provided with room keys and we checked in before the check-in time itself :) from then, it was just a pleasant experience. i have just collated our experience as points below. positive points: - resort is right on the calm, less populated, less polluted beach - morjim. just walk into the beach and enjoy your time. - rooms were so clean with adequate space. restrooms were maintained so cleanly. - food at the restaurant was too good. especially, french fries, aloo (potato) fries, were too good that we ordered it each and every time. - resort is near to famous beaches like baga, anjuna, etc... just few kms away. suggestion/points to be improved: - although food at restaurant was good, but the restaurant boys were less pleasing. they had no smiles on their faces and no greetings whatsoever. most of the times, they had grim faces :( - nightlife around this place is very much restricted. it would be good if the restaurant installs some lights on the path to the beach which would be really good for all who like to go out to the beach at late evening time and enjoy the nature, beach. - it would be good if the management put out some guide books or notices which would have the tourist spots near to the resort. this would really help the first timers. one more thing to add. resort's check out time is 11:00 am. however, on our request manager allowed us to stay upto 3 pm with no extra cost. as they had mentioned in the rules, if rooms are not booked and available, they are ready to accept such requests. on the whole, it was a very pleasant stay . enjoy stayi
