No service mind and shout at customer
Location
I got an email from Agoda informing about our room number and password to access into the motel and password to enter our room before our arrival. I replied the Agoda email to inform the motel that I would arrive the motel before 6pm. Unfortunately, I arrived at 2pm. I can access into the motel but cannot enter the room. No customer relation or staff stood by. I made a call to staff by the phone in front of the motel entrance and it seems that the motel staff shout at me because she did not hear me properly due to the low quality phone motel provided. I told her that there was no staff at the motel and I cannot enter into my room. The motel staff told me to wait, while she was coming. She arrived in front of the motel with exercise suit and had a bad temper at me like I was a problem. She claimed that I would arrive before 6pm and it's not her fault not to stand by at 2pm. Moreover, she complained me why I had tried to enter to the wrond room number because my room number in her data was not the one I got an Agoda email. So I showed her the email I got and she was cool down as it seemed to be her fault. Finally, I got an opposed apology before entering into my correct room. I could say that this Hong Kong trip was really awesome except the motel moment.

The attitude of the staff was so impolite.
I was calling them to complain about the water leakage in the toilet bowl but end up asked me to repair it myself. Had a noisy night and made me headache the day after.

read before booking!
firstly, the lady owner was very rude. when we reached she was not helpful at all, she actually questioned us when we had a bit of trouble keying the keypad for the first time. while keying in the main door passcode, she opened the door abruptly and grumbled that she made a video for all languages and we should have watched. we did apparently, just that we are keying the passcode slowly. then she told us to place our bags on the wet floor as she is still cleaning and check in is at 2pm (we came at 12:30pm). we were so tired but just left downstairs for some food. when we returned, she told us she moved us to room 2. we are still fine with that, except the air con was blowing smoky air. it filled up to a point that we are coughing away. the ventilation fan in the toilet was spoilt as well. too tired to even make a fuss, my friend and i fell asleep. around just 2 hours later at4pm plus, loud knocking could be heard on the door. then we dragged ourselves sleepily out of bed and see what was it about. turns out the hotel owner banged on our door, waited for us to open and asked: "did you call my phone?" we were so beweirded and said no then she just said okay and left. oh my god. so thruout the day, you can hear her talking on the phone loudly and laughing in cantonese while we tried to sleep. best part is at 6pm when she is leaving, she banged on our door and reminded us to leave before 12pm. yes i understand the room is cheap, but dont insult us like that when we dont talk back. in the night because it was stuffy and our aircon was spoilt, we opened the window for air to ventilate, this lead to spiders crawling in and my friend was bit by a bug, not sure if its the bed. next morning, again the owner opened our door without permission and told us to leave. needless to say we dont leave our personal belonging in the motel at all. when we left she said we want to inspect the room like we are thieves.

Location
It was ok. Quite small, but close to subway. It seemed like my bed linen had never been changed during my 4-night stay.

not bad
The motel's advantages is near metro, and traffic is very convenient ,wifi very fast and the room is small, but the others have (TV network ,fridge ,electric ,kettle, toiletries...), The bed can be considered comfortable. And the disadvantages is The air conditioner can not adjusted, when i sleep i feel very cold so i can not sleep very well. And the bathroom is very small ,Not enough paper towels ,finally i think the motel is not bad,and the price is very cheap,if i come to hong kong next time maybe i will also possible to stay again

Lovely staff, excellent location.
Staff, location, clean.
Excellent. For the price it's a great choice for those backpacking or who don't require lots of space. The staff are lovely and helpful, location is ideal, directly above exit c tsim sha tsui. Laundry can be done opposite for 30hkd for upto 3kgs. There is a fridge in the room for storing milk and water. The building looks shady but the Motel is very secure.

Good location but not advisable to stay for many d
Good location - near the MTR and airport bus service, value for money and near attractions like Sogo
The lifts of the building was very slow. Had to wait for at least 5 to 10 mins before taking the lift. It will be faster taking the lift at an odd floor number of the building. Security after midnight, place will be sealed up by then and only left with 1 entrance. Blanket has small brownish stains. Room is very small, quite squeezy. Rooms not soundproof. Staff always not around when you need help. Toilet is very small, toilet bowl is right next to the shower. Doors are locked by passwords only. Building is old and rundown. But rooms are kept tidy everyday. TV is super small! Remote control don't work, don't know why! Near Tsim Shai Shui MTR station and 7 eleven! Can walk to avenue of the stars. But room was just super small and dirty..... won't stay again!

Budget hotel
The staff was friendly and nice, we were late to check in to hotel but they leave a little note for us. It was a very sweet and thoughtful thing because they even written down their wifi password just in case if we couldn't access the Internet to check our email and stuff.(P.S: you'll need to use your booking number as your password to enter your room.) It's a perfect location at Hong Kong, highly recommend for budget traveller.
