hotel in a good location but room can be improve

service staff, location, room comfort
room wasnt ready when check in, when we entered the room the floor is still wet. only provide one towel and we have to request another one. customer service staff is good. told the hotel we were celebrating anniversary, and they send us a cake. overall was a good stay!

Cleanliness, Staff, Luxury
I booked a one night deluxe king for my husband birthday staycation. Upon arrival we checked in and it was a smooth process. We even had a free upgrade to the heritage premium suite. Cleanliness of the room was great and comfort of the bed too. Bathroom was absolutely awesome with a bathtub, separate shower and toilet.

Food, Location and Service
Overall a pleasant experience. Service staff are very friendly. Hotel is clean and spacious. Location is near to all the important facilities like theme parks, food outlets and rail station. Highly recommended !

Very pleasant stay

Accessibility, quietness & great pool
Pretty awesome - from the scent that greets you at the door to the minute you check out. Efficient and very polite staff, spotlessly clean rooms and very tranquil ambience. Just across the street from the monorail station so you can have your fun around the island and pop back for a quick shower or nap if you need to. And the pool was a hit with the husband. All in - great & memorable stay.

It's a nice and convenient hotel, but 5 stars hmmm

The location is the best reason we chose it; the breakfast is really good; the staff are quite approachable.
There's something not quite up to standard considering it's a five star hotel, mainly hardware. 1. lousy soundproof: i) we can hear our neighbor's TV. ii) we're staying in a family room, we can hear whispering of the main bedroom from the living room. iii) we hear all the traffic through our window. 2. lousy design: There's a door between the walk-in closet and the main bedroom, which is essential to block the light from bathroom to the main bedroom too. BUT IT CANNOT BE CLOSED!!! It's not because our particular room has a faulty door, the hotel staff told us it's because of the design! The door is blocked by the damn night stand. You cannot believe it when you hear their ridiculous answer. I pity their staff who needs to answer to all their guests the same questions again and again. Other than these 2 major issues, we enjoy the location of the hotel very much.

Good location.

Location, comfortable rooms and helpful staff.
Good location , in front of train station, can walk to USS. Helpful staffs, we booked 3 rooms, staff name Helen was very helpful volunteer to get rooms on the same floor without we asking , very attentive.Breakfast spreads was good too .Valet staffs were very friendly !

Over rated

Food, location, sorry can't think of a third
Good: 1. Buffet breakfast taste not bad, for Asian cuisine. 2. Location superb, 10mins slow stroll to resort world festive walk. Bad: 1. 20cars carpark, not even enough for hotel guests, so we need to wait. 2. A lot of people wait to check in = more waiting 3. My fault:last minute reservation. They said no king bed so they suggest twin bed combined else got to wait. Never take initiative to upgrade us. Maybe not worth doing so since we are just locals. Want cancel but can't as cancellation = no refund (agent policy) so we waited, with a crying baby. 4. After 2hrs, they managed to receive agent booking and realised wrong rm. All along, our rm is available. Counter insist I told them wrong room. 5. Room: I see bird droppings on window, on window ledge, and also dunoe what other animals/insect droppings. 6. We are supposed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Nothing given or even a word of happy anniversary. We indicated that in our booking form. 7. We want to pass our cooler bag frozen pads to be refroze. The Recep doesn't understand what I mean. Fortunately for us, the mini fridge was kinda "not cold". So the staff who came to take a look understand about the cooler bag Freezing pads. What I'm sad is he told us the mini fridge is meant to make sure the contents stay cool, not chill...he suggest everytime there's milk to be chilled, pass to their f&b to store. Anyway, when we asked for the froZen pads to return to us, gave us another person's. No sorry, jus that he don't have the luggage tag so he took wrong one. Hey, you all never give me any luggage tag n now it's my fault that you don't have a luggage tag so you gave someone else's cooler bag to me? 8. We stayed one night. No staff greeted or smiled when they see us in hallway or walkway, except last day one lady. Summary: we have stayed in much better 4star hotels. Highly NOT recommended if you are breastfeeding.
