Location, friendly staff, free wifi
Staff were Accommodating in changing my room to an ensuite, but website showed incorrect directions and an email to them since I left last week has bounced back as unavailable. They still haven't corrected their location directions which should read take the first right from earl's court rd into penywern rd. The hotel is old and tired, and the breakfast room cramped with just basic continental breakfast and no cooked breakfast was offered.

The location is good, so to say three positive things 'location, location, location'.
I really didn't enjoy my stay. The hotel is nasty, the room was in a dark basement. I couldn't tell what the weather was like it was so dark and dingy. The bathroom looked so old fashioned but not in a good way - really horrible. There was a lot of noise from other guests. The room was big, but very very shabby and old. My short trip to London was spoiled by staying in such a horrible hotel.

Transit stay on the wayto the airport

Location, price and breakfast
Very friendly reception staff and great location with easy underground access to Heathrow. Room small but OK for shorter stay. Internet access limited. Overall very good value for price.

Enjoyable though the furnishing is old.

Location. Friendy staff. Price
Overall was positive. The staff are friendly. My first look at the hotel room was pretty shocking because it looks really old. May lack things like ironing board if you are there on business trip and need to iron cloth. fortunately room was clean and bed was comfortable. I think for the rooms are reasonably priced for its furnishing. So if you want cheap and comfortable place, do consider this hotel.

Small and freezing rooms

Location, and that's it.
Compared to another hotel we stayed at down the street with a similar star rating and price, rooms were smaller and there were hardly space to walk (only a small luggage space separating our twin beds). As we stayed during winter, nights were cold at night as apparently, the heater would turn periodically off (thus we would wake up). Service was ok but nothing too hospitable. We were promptly checked in. Breakfast was quite good, with cereal, coffee/tea, ham, cheese and toast.
