Worst Airport hotel I ever been in my whole life
None but unhelpful staff and scam for money as its name is Airport hotel

I have booked this hotel few hours back because it said there are 4 rooms left and primarily it claims itself an airport. After arrived the Brisbane airport, I took a taxi to this hotel, and by the time I arrived it was about 00:15, I noticed that the banner outside the hotel stated that "NO VACANCY", I was doubted. I came out of the taxi and went to find the tiny secret reception office, I didn't see anyone there and then the taxi driver helped me figure out how to call the owner. I pressed #3 on the touch box next to the door, about 5 minutes later an old man came down and said NO ROOM AVAILABLE! I was big surprised, he said no one work at this time everyone sleep, I asked him about refund but he refused and said it's Agoda policies. Then I decided to leave for another hotel but it was very quiet and no taxi near by, I asked him if I can use WiFi, he said only for guests. That was a ridiculous moment in my life. I spent 125+ USD for nothing not even be able to use WiFi and at the end I ended up stayed in the airport for the whole night because my next flight was 9:30AM.

Close to airport
next best thing to a transit hotel

Simple,basic,clean,good price and close to the airport.There is not much else to do in this area but sleep and wait for your connecting flight.The lady on the desk is very helpful but if they are going to cater for airport customers they will need to be more flexable with the check out time.I resent having someone barging in on me when I am in my jocks, just to tell me that check out is at 10 am.
