Nightmare! a place can't wait to stay away from
evil staff from front dest

two nights staying in this hotel was a nightmare for us! The old guy from front dest was so mean and rude. we informed him that we will have a couple friends visit us for a drink, he shouted at us: no party! no guest! if I caught you have more than 4 people stay in this room I will charge you $500 per person! The day we checked out, he knocked our door for half hour at 8:00 a.m. to check how many person in our room! that was just so rude! and he did not allowed us to leave until we clean the whole room!

Nice and easy accommodation in the Gold Coast

We had a really nice ocean view apartment, the rooms are pretty spacious and the view is beautiful. The room was really clean and nicely decorated, we had a big fridge and the AC was working perfectly, the high ceilings adding to the feel. The bed was comfortable and four pillows were provided.
We would stay here again.

We stayed just one night unfortunately, our apartment was clean, and very spacious. We had a big bathroom and a separate toilet aswell, The kitchen was well equipped, living room was big, apartment was cleaned and the bed were comfortable. We had a great stay at the apartment, we'll stay there again.

This 2 bedroom apartment had 2 bathrooms, good size balcony, large living/dining and kitchen area and a clear view of the beach and the mountains. Close enough to walk to the main center of Surfers Paradise. Secure parking. BYO toiletries and toilet paper if staying more than 2nights.

Lovely view of the beach from balconies
Wind was strong and cooling

The winds at night was very strong and made the sliding balcony vibrates. But luckily it was only for one night. No need for an air-con as the winds are cooling during our stay. The view from above are spectacular with the sun shining into the unit. It is at the end of surfer's paradise and so much nearer to Sea World. Road to other theme parks was well accessible. The living room is well equipped and spacious. The 2 bedroom was spacious too. The laundry room cum toilet was well equipped with a dryer and washing machine. Secured basement carpark. Overall the stay was great and we enjoyed the prompt service of the staffs there when we encountered some issues some of the lights.
