On arrival was given a warm welcome, staff were very nice and attentive. Nice Resort with nice gardens and pool. The room was comfortable and modern. Transport is not a problem as you can get taxi out front of hotel. Lots of shopping close by, close to Double Six, great restaurants.

The room was big, staff were friendly, good location, nice pool. However the room I had was ground level with seat outside right in front of pool, and near restaurant which played music all day, so not private or quiet at all

It was good mostly because of the super friendly staff. Some noisy Aussies but that's to be expected in Bali.

Brilliant, great hootel
The updated rooms, nice pool and price

I really enjoyed staying here, this hotel is a little gold mine and its a brilliant place to stay. Stayed in a classic room and that was nice. Nice gardens,happy staff. I have rebooked for Jan 14. would have arrived earlier to hotel at time of check in only imigration could not get there crap together and we needed to wait for over 1 hour to get out,they so need to come up to date and have both included into ticket the visa entry and departur

Comfortable and a good place for the money paid

The first night we were put in a Classic room with an extra bed in, so cramped that you could not access the room fridge or walk around the beds. With three people in one room, it was very squashed, however, next moring I went to reception, showed them our Agoda receipt and said we paid for a Superior room and if they can please do better then the room currently in, they immediate attended to us, and moved us to a proper Superior room. Other then this, our stay was comforatble and service very good. We will stay again

Great stay, Short visit but would recommend this hotel for a short stay as the grounds are small. Very nice room with close proximity to swimming pool.
