Hotel dan layanan baik sekali dan ukuran kamar ok

baru kali ini saya mendapat double bed. sebelumnya tidak pernah dapat meskipun saya sdh request. begitupun saya pada akhir mei 2012 memohon kamar connecting room karena membawa anak dan cucu, tapi tidak dapat juga. ini yg kami sesalkan.
kami mohon bagaimana caranya agar pihak hotel dapat memenuhi
keinginana kami?? terima kasih atas bantuannya.

Everyone at the Carlton was friendly , efficient and eager to please. The atmosphere was comfortable and quiet. The rooms very big and well appointed. This is our first visit to Singapore but it will not be the last, thanks to the Carlton experience!

A dry used soap was in the soap holder when we check in, I make a note in the bath room the other day before I left for my sightseeing, but both the dry used soap and the note I left was still there.

Stayed 4 days at this hotel in early May. Really easy to get to from the MRT. Shopping centre with a great food hall across the road. The room was very spacious, large bathroom and very comfortable bed. As many previous reviews mention the wifi in the lobby is inconvenient and unreliable. We got this room for a great rate and the location was sensational but I don't think I would stay at a property without free wifi in the rooms again.

Room was dated, asked for same floor as my daughters and got put in the Club Room but without access to the Club lounge. Club room furniture was dated, power went the first night. Could do with a freshen up, specially the chairs.
