Best Place I Stayed in Thailand

We stayed in Koh Samui for 6 nights, and 2 of those were at the Chaweng Garden Beach Resort and they were by far the best 2 nights we had on Koh Samui, and in Thailand for that matter. We also stayed in Bo Hput for 4 nights as well, but I can tell you that Chaweng Garden Beach Resort was nice, quiet and close to everything.
You want my advice? Stay here and take day trips to Bo Phut if you want something a little more quiet. Chaweng has all the amenities, so you're close to everything plus the beach is really nice. Bo Phut can be a bit boring sometimes, but the night market on Friday is excellent. Rent a scooter, put around the island and enjoy your stay!

To Staff was courteous and spoke English, scenic and rustic room view, walk to area restaurants and shops, short walk to beach, very nice breakfast buffet included in room price.

Very good location, it is very near to popular places of Chaweng Beach. You can go anywhere easily. Nice and helpful staffs. But not enough air-cond in room.

First night at 2-3am, there was loud singing and talking which roused me from my slumber. Second night there was non stop door slamming, which also disrupted my sleep. The bed is also hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were rough. The pool was also small and had milk water. Other than that, this resort is located on Chaweng walking street, had a good breakfast variety, staff were very helpful and friendly. Trip to the airport only took a mere 15 minutes by taxi.
