Would have been a good experience if you provided a better way to start the day with better ammenities and a decent ambience to have breakfast - felt like being in a prison camp.

Well located hotel with mainly adequate facilities

The hotel is relatively noisy being next to a railway line where hooter blowing is prevalent. One room had inhabitants (sounded like rats) above the false ceiling in the bathroom who made excessive noise but the hotel cheerfully allowed us to change to an alternative room. The free internet did not work (a pay option was offered as an alternative). Food quality was poor and the service very bad. The order was wrong, most of the group suffered after-effects and the hotel 'refused' to change the bill to reflect what was actually ordered.

we stayed at the hotel twice during our trip to india. the location is very good, not far from the metro station. staff are wonderful, helped us out with everything we needed from suggesting site seeing location and giving us directions to where we needed to go, to early check in and late check out. i forgot my wallet in the hotel safe and went to the airport and the operations manager came all the way to the airport to deliver it to me personally!
only down side is the sound of train, but this is delhi! :)

Very clean hotel although a bit overpriced. The train noise can get very loud so you have to be a deep sleeper. The included breakfast was alright but worst of all they charged extra if you asked for masala chai! Next time, I will chose another hotel at a cheaper price.
Tip Membeli Belah:
The hotel is a 5min rickshaw ride or a 10min walking distance from Connaught place.
