Pelancong solo United States of America, 14 Julai 2012	Nice modern‐looking hotel Cheap and of more than just decent quality 7.7 nice rooms, very friendly staff, and decent building. small complaints as to the bathroom sink and shower design. by their design, the shower tends to spray water into the bathroom outside the shower area, and the sink can be a bit cumbersome, without any place to hold soap or toiletries, for instance. very conveniently located by a metro station, however.

Pasangan Japan, 22 April 2012	Dingy Old Hotel Free purified water 4.3 our reservation did not go in for some reason and their hotel was full. defensive staff tried subtly to turn us away but since we were able to prove that agoda has confirmed our stay by the voucher and by the fact that our card was charged, we were sent to their other hotel nearby for the night with the taxi fare sponsored by them. i wish the staff were a little a more trained n how to manage these kinds of situations more professionally so as to cause the customer to feel unwanted and uncomfortable. the next day, we returned, this time though with the cab fare paid by us. disappointingly, we were given an old room which is worlds-away from the one being advertised here. while the room was very huge and spacious and the bed comfortable, there is a really unpleasant and seedy feeling of staying in an old hotel room. the tv was a big box, and the cabinets were yellowing and caving in under the weight of a boxy safe, which by the way can not fit a laptop. the worst was the smell of the damp toilet. as it had no ventilation fan and vent to refresh the air installed, it always smelled of mold and mildew, and yesterday's poop.

Pelancong perniagaan France, 25 September 2010	STAY THERE FOR BUSINESS wi-fi internet connection in rooms, subway station nearby, good commercial area nearby 6.7 I have been staying several times there, always for business. In August the rate was around, in went to 90€ in September ! But still very convenient hotel, easily reachable from Airport by taxi (20mn), a subway station is very closed, and you can walk around in the area, very safe. I will go back

The room rate was very reasonable and I was upgraded without extra charge to a room with a living room . The staff were very cooperative and I ( finally) managed to get a late checkout ( 4 pm ) albeit after talking to three different people who all refused anything later than 2 pm , although finally the duty manager , agreed . The rooms are very nice and the hotel has a nice bar/coffee shop on the ground floor

Pelancong perniagaan United Kingdom, 11 Jun 2009	fine at the price staff helpful. free internet..tho a bit slow. rooms basically fine, but not suites! good breakfast 7.7 this hotel has had a good makeover. it is not top luxury but modern and stylish and staff seem helpful. i don't know why it is called a suite hotel it seems as if most rooms are standard size. the breakfast is good. the rooms at the back are certainly quiet. internet is free but connection a bit slow. if you can get a good rate this hotel is fine. it is not so near the centre of town but the metro is only 2 mins away..

No bartender available... In your room, you have to be really smart to find how to deal with the air conditioning. Well it is terrible do not go even if it is not expensive.

Keluarga dengan anak kecil Thailand, 06 November 2010	Comfortable room Clean and big room 8.3 โรงแรมนี้สะดวกสะบายสมชื่อ "Confortel Hotel" ซึ่งน่าจะมาจากคำว่า Comfortable ห้องที่พักนั้นกว้างขวาง เหมาะสำหรับมีเด็กไปพักด้วย เพราะมีเนื้อที่เพียงพอให้เด็กๆ ได้เล่นอย่างสบาย ห้องพักจัดว่าสะอาดสะอ้านดีพอสมควร อาหารเช้าก็พอทานได้ แต่ถ้าคนที่ไม่ชอบอาหารฝรั่ง ก็อาจจะลำบากเล็กน้อยเรื่องอาหาร แต่สำหรับตนเองนั้น โอเคเลย ก็ขอแนะนำสำหรับผู้จะเดินทางไป Madrid โรงแรมนี้ก็จัดว่าดีและอยู่ใกล้ Metro มากๆ เดินแค่ 5 นาทีเอง เหมาะสำหรับคนต้องการ shopping เพราะไม่ต้องถือของหนักๆ เดินไปโรงแรมไกลๆ
