Near beach, lots of bars, not for kids to many bar
Close to beach, mall, bars..

Great for the single party person. ^^ lots of bars on street and a bit noisey. No smoking in rooms but okay in balcony. Rooms are okay for the room price.

It was the second time in this hotel, and it is always good to come here,even if I arrive early in the morning no problems to get my room,as well as I can get late check out.
The rooms clean and big, and the small balcony excellent.

It's a good location, just walk to patttaya beach in 3mins, but rooms are small, hotel facilities not much, and too limited food for breakfast

I have stayed at another Eastiny just over in Soi 7 and that was very reasonable. This time I tried out the larger hotel just over in Soi 8 and I am really happy I did.
The hotel is large and offers a mini-mart shop just downstairs along with a nice massage / Spa.
The reception area is nice and you can sit around in a comfortable area. They also cater for group meetings and tours.
The room I stayed in was very spacious and modest. The bed and bedding though I thought were spot on! Very comfortable and seemed new.
The bathroom offered a bath with shower over...Very, very hot water and high pressure! So all in all, really pleased with the room and the cleaning service.
Breakfast was good also...Just a buffet but all good.
Big safety deposit box at reception as well.
I live in BKK and go Pattay many times and have used many hotels and guesthouses but this would be a hotel I would 100% stay at again.
