This hotel is a short walk from an interchange station which gives access to both, and therefore to all of Bangkok. It's also clean and comfortable without being luxurious.

Pelancong perniagaan Australia, 12 Mac 2013	Good Location, Smoky Rooms, Noisy Location, Room Design, Friendly Staff 6.3 Chose this hotel for its location - near a more expensive conference hotel. I've stayed in this area many times and tried a number of hotels nearby. The Grottino is in a good location - very close to the BTS & shopping - and is quiet Soi. It backs onto the shopping centre car park so rooms on the back side (as mine was) are noisy and it is hard to open the window as the room is in full view of drivers! My main impression is that the hotel is very smoky. It is hard to get the smell of smoke out of the room and that is annoying. I request a non-smoking room/floor but I don't think the hotel has any! The hotel is attached to a Swiss style restaurant that is quite expensive by local standards.

Pasangan United States of America, 18 Februari 2013	Great location and comfortable rooms Central location close to BTS & MRT, large and comfortable rooms 8.7 It's hard to beat the location at Grottino Residence - you're steps away from the BTS Skytrain and the MRT subway - pretty much all you need to get around town. You're also right next to the Tops supermarket and the Terminal 21 mall (which has a decent and cheap food court). The rooms are very comfortable and quite large. There were a few inconveniences (nothing that marred our stay) - the window in our room faced the parking structure, there was a bit of construction noise, the elevator was out of commission a couple times - but overall the excellent value and central location really sold us and we enjoyed our time there. Tip Restoran: The Pier 21 food court at teh Terminal 21 mall is actually decent and extremely cheap.

Pelancong solo Italy, 10 Februari 2013	Good location with large and pretty rooms Location, room size 7.7 This hotel is located on Sukumvit road in the centre of the shopping district next to the new Terminal 21 shopping centre. Also the MRT train is nearby making it very easy to move around the city from this location.

The location is the best feature since it is close to the pubblic transport as well as to major shopping centres. It is located in the heath of the night life district.

Room furnishings are well designed, even to supplying a multi-plug extension cord to accommodate travelers with multiple electronic gadgets. Staff is friendly, helpful and flexible. Swiss restaurant on premises provides authentic (and delicious) Swiss food at a reasonable price. Tip Ciri-ciri Hotel: Grottino Residence is located a very short walk from the Asok Skytrain station and the Sukumvit underground station.
