Centrally located new hotel, poor local service

Rooms are big and nice, bed very comfortable, Internet mostly working well. Breakfast does not serve european needs, Windows are not soundproof, overall service performance is poor and does not meet minimal international standards. Staff is mostly not trained properly and definitively not supervised.
