Pasangan United States of America, 25 Jun 2012	Nice room but location doesn't feel safe Clean rooms, nice view and close to main touristic areas 8 This hotel is located in between the safe and dangerous area of Brussels. You should be fine but be careful not to go into the dangerous direction. The plaza around the hotel is really nice but a block from there it starts to feel not safe. However, to the touristic direction, it feels fine. It is close to the main square (15 mins walk) and in the way there are many nice shops and restaurants. Breakfast wasn't included for us. The bathroom was shared but very clean. The room was also very neat. In overall, I recommend this hotel but be careful wi the location wher you are heading to. You get for what you paid.

Kumpulan Macau, 27 April 2012	hotel key in the form of a big bell walking distance to metro & grand place, neat , free wifi 7.3 1minute walk to metro annennsens, 10-15min walk to famous scenic spot "grand place &mannekan pis", quiet & good view.(just turn right from the hotel exit n walk straight all the way to the end) Tip Membeli Belah: chocolate in belgium really much much cheaper than in Macau & Hong Kong. Especially the brand "Neuhaus", excellent & smooth truffles

Kumpulan United States of America, 29 Januari 2012	loved it, perfect for us great staff plus comfortable rooms 9.3 Super comfortable beds, good location, spacious room, kind and helpful staff. Our trip to Brussels started out stressful b/c of a national train strike, so I had to scramble to change plans. The hotel was so helpful with calling phone numbers for me and letting me cancel my last night there. One man even spoke to the train station for us to help get a refund, which was really helpful. They also let us store our luggage for free for a few hours before our train left. All the front desk people were wonderful and spoke great English. If I go back to Brussels, I will definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that since we booked online, we had to pay 8 euro extra per person for breakfast. It was ok, but not great for the expensive price. If you book directly through the hotel, breakfast is included. Everything else was great!

Minimum equipment however the existing equipment worked nicely. Location is close to the grand place and walking distance to the train station. However Brussels in general has gone on a decline and when we were there strikes made impossible to find public transport; and prices remains high.

The hotel is located very near to Grande Place, all major tourist attractions are nearby. Don't miss out the Christmas Market! There are also many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
