Pelancong solo United Kingdom, 01 Mac 2013	Good value basic hotel in convenient location Location, cleanliness, simple but comfortable BUT no minibar/fridge in room 7.7 Conveniently located beside U-bahn station, just 2 stops from Ku'damm / KaDeWe. Tiergarten also within easy walking distance. Hotel offers no frills basic but clean and comfortable accommodation. Pleasant staff who seem eager to please and to be of help. Free wifi. Also, hotel will print the odd page (eg eticket/boarding card) without charge - a small but appreciated gesture. One significant disadvantage - particularly in the summer months - the hotel has removed in in-room fridge/minibar from the rooms so nowhere to keep water, drinks chilled. Overall, comfortable and good value for money. Tip Restoran: Great kebab shop 50m from hotel.

Pelancong solo Hong Kong, 10 Februari 2013	Comfortable room but service was bad It was surprised that such hotel has Safe box inside room 4.3 The staff were not friendly, not helpful, no service and no smile The room I stayed was clean and comfortable, but bathroom is too small to move around when I took shower. No mini bar, no fridge and no kettle in my room, I asked the staff of front desk to get a kettle to make my own cup of tea or coffee. One of the staff told me they don't have even a simple kettle to be borrowed, this is their policy, it can't be helped, he said... Only every morning in breakfast time to get hot water from their breakfast room. Wifi reception is free, no need password, it is normal when using wifi in the hotel lobby, but it was too worst to use wifi inside room, I have to open door and near to corridor to get the wifi weak signal. It was nightmare to stay this hotel

Kumpulan United Kingdom, 06 Januari 2013	Middle of the road Helpful staff, 20 mins walk into centre 7 stayed here in january this year, looking for a decent mid-range option for my 3 nights in berlin. ticked all the boxes, staff very helpful, room an ok size, although the bathroom was tiny. breakfast was a buffet which you had to pay extra for, but a decent range. our safe didn't work, but staff kept stuff in their safe and gave us a receipt so at least they were doing this best. this is about a 15 min walk into berlin centre with a few good bars and restaurants 5 mins away (turn left when you exit hotel front entrance) so location is good for the money id say.

Central to everything. Tip Penarik Perhatian/Pemandangan: The m85 bus goes from potsdamer strasse and can get you to hauptbhanhof or potsdamer plats.

Kumpulan Singapore, 17 Disember 2012	Great location with nearby amenities! near Metro, supermarket, cafes. 7.7 if u're muslim, don't fret abt finding food as there is a place called istanbul grill which has 1 of the best salads ard & is halal ( cert displayed on wall at entrance) and they give generous servings! supermarket juz a road down the grill where u can stock up on snacks. standard room size but very clean! walls are thin though.. we can hear the neighbours talking.

Pelancong solo Switzerland, 14 November 2012	Great location and good value of quality and price big and clean room, location 8 -The location of this hotel is very convenient, near the bus stations and metro U2, so you can take them to go everywhere for your sightingsee, you can also go to Sony centre on foot. -Good value of quality and the price:the room is very clean,big, and the service is relatively good. -The breakfast is always the same. -Finally I recommende this hotel for a sightingsee stay because the above mentioned its advantages.
