Basic - but cosy and clean

the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the reception area was very well presented. the room was quite small, but fine for what we needed. the only down side was that the clip for the shower holder was broken, so when you showered you had to hold the shower head the whole time! this hotel was very good value for money!
Tip Penarik Perhatian/Pemandangan:
This Hotel is only a 5 minutes tram ride from the old town, which is beautiful and has lovely cafes and a market

Nice hotel but a little bit old.

Room is big enough but furnitures are old. The shower is really small. Personnel is nice. Big advantage : very close to the downtown, tramway station, train station.

Nice hotel, large room
Big corner room with good views of the street activity from 4th floor.

In general liked our stay here. The hotel was very handy to the Nice ville train station, an easy walk. The Main Street down to the waterfront was also adjacent, with trams and buses if you didn't want to walk the 1km.
The room was a good size, being a corner room but the bathroom was very small.
My main complaint was the lack of anything in the room, no frug, safe, glasses. This caused some problems and we had to go and buy some glasses and a bottle opener.
There is no restaurant but breakfast served on the first floor was ok for the price.
Staff were friendly and helpful and security good, locked front entrance after dark manned by staff at front desk 24 hours.
I didn't feel comfortable about venturing out after dark without my partner as the area was a bit rough. Youths hanging around and a couple of seedy bars. During the day felt fine though.

This is a nice little hotel near the main train station - literally 2 mins walk. The room was small, but very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

this hotel was a nice affordable hotel near the station and conveniently close to the rail tram. it was clean and the staff were pleasant. no need to eat the breakfast at the hotel as there are plenty of food at nearby restaurants. no need for tram ride too as majot attractions can be reached by foot.
