PROBABLY THE REPORT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER, IF I WAS ALLOTTED A GOOD ROOM IN THE NEW BLOCK. THEY DO NOT ALLOT GOOD ROOMS FOR BOOKING NOT DIRECTLY MADE THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE OR PERSONAL BOOKING. THERE IS PARTIALITY IN TREATMENT.

bad experience. bed was full (!) with bed bugs
no value for money at all. I picked this horel just because I needed a place to stay for one short night.

except the bed bugs, hot water were available only at the lower tap and I needed to have a "hot bucket" style shower.
I expected better.
The room was huge and the aircondition worked fine.

First night was in a room with no ac and i got bitten by moquitos, next time i was in a room with ac, but the shower only had cold water and the night I stayed there was agroup of Indian students that did not seem to sleep.

internet in lobby. also weak signal in room and was able to download. tv worked well.breakfast okay but cold.
room clean but needs painting etc - all the non a/c rooms are in the process of being renovated.

The reception staff behaved nicely and gave good care. the room boys also behaved nicely and gave good service. room is Ok for the amount charged. I stayed only one day for an official work. I recommend it as "a good value for money" hotel.

My friend and I have book the same room for almost the same price. We have got a room that was shown in the profile while friend was been taken to a backpackers room which is not worth for money at all. we have spoken to the GM-Mr KK and he was not friendly at all. Upon check out we have requested for the bill and again another rude Clerk at the counter....
