the location is very closed to the sea which you can enjoy the whole wide sea view. And the room is super big and traditional.

Good location but upper rooms can be quite hot

The location of the hotel is brilliant, especially if you travel with a bus (right next door to bus station). Our room was on the top floor (attic) and it had no air conditioning. So during summer the room can be quite hot (the window was small). However, ok for short stays (considering the price). And as said, you really cannot beat the location right by the "beach" (which is concrete), from where it is easy to start your walk along the stone pathways (many km of those). The breakfast was ok, too.
Tip Penarik Perhatian/Pemandangan:
Pack your snorkels and towels - and then just walk by the sea. There are great spots for swimming and especially for snorkeling. Loved it! One day we walked some 10 km towards Lovran, once in a while stopping for a swin. Then some lunch in Lovran and took local bus back to Opatija. Brilliant day :-)

The hotel is close to the bus stop. It has a indoor swimming pool. The breakfast is big and have a lot of variety. However, there is no internet that makes me feel very inconvenient.

Were even more satisfied during our second stay

This was our second stay in this hotel during our trip to Croatia and we didn't regret. They gave us a better room than the first time (bigger sea-view one at the 4th floor) as they wanted to thank us for coming back. We had a very nice balcony with two chairs and a table and spent a lot of time having our drinks and looking at the sea and the town.
Tip Ciri-ciri Hotel:
Try to get a higher floor for a better view.

Very good value for money at Opatja
Good location, big and clean rooms with nice bathrooms, great view, good prices, friendly staff.

The hotel is looking like an old-style building and is located in a very center of Opatija close to the main attractions and the beach. All rooms are sea-view ar partial sea-views. The furniture is quite old but functional. The bathrooms are good. It is clean and comfortable. Nice indoor swimming pool with sea water. Breakfast is ok. The only minus - no minibar and room-service. The rooms were cleaned daily.
Tip Ciri-ciri Hotel:
Try to get the highest floor and you will get a very nice view.

全てがパーフェクトでした。文句なしです。
街のド真ん中。目の前が海岸。全ての条件が揃ってます。

今回の宿泊は、１０月末とオフシーズンでしたが、それでも日本人も含め多くの観光客で賑わい、かつ魚介類の食事が堪能できた楽しい小旅行でした。
また、ホテル付近から出発する小さな観光船での島巡りも低価格料金でありながら朝昼食事付きとアルコール飲み放題の勧めの半日オプショナルツアーとして必見です。

2つのホテルが隣り合わせて見つけにくかったです。
海のそばのとてもロケーションの良いところでした。日の出を見れてとても感動しました。

天井が高く部屋のひろくて、とても歴史のあるホテルのようにかんじました。
掃除も行き届いていて、長期滞在したいホテルだと思いました。

Ett suveränt lättilgängligt hotell med havsutsikt
Trevligt bemötande i reception och matsal. Lugnt läge med goda rekreationsmöjligheter.

Vi anlände tidigt till hotellet, men mannen i receptionen tog emot oss och vår packning, så att vi kunde utnyttja dagen med en promenad och en god kopp kaffe på strandpromenaden, innan vi checkade in strax efter kl. 13.00.
Dubbelrummen är av ordinär hotellstandard, men det är tyst och lugnt och en fantastisk utsikt över havet.
Vi anlände till Opatia med busstransfer från flygplatsen och var undrande över var hotellet skulle ligga. Ca 100 meter från busstationen! Det var smidigt och bra.
Frukosten är rikligt tilltagen och innehåller det mesta man kan begära och det mesta av vad man är van att äta. Ville man inte sitta inomhus gick det lika bra att äta ute på terassen.
Vi provade middagsbuffén en kväll, men vi tycker att den är lite för sent för våra vanor och vi fick en känsla av matbespisning.
Däremot kunde man hitta många trevliga retauranger efter strandpromenaden med facila priser och god mat.
Vi är helt nöjda med vår vistelse och kan tänka oss att åka dit igen för att utforska omgivningarna ytterligare med utgångspunkt från vårt centrala hotell.
Tip:
Sköna promenader efter den 12 km långa strandpromenaden eller stigarna i skogen.
Parker med härlig växtlighet att botanisera.
Båtturer med båtar, som tillåter passageraren att beskåda livet i havet genom båtens glasbotten.
