Lovely traditional style hotel in a great location, just 10 minutes walk to the Collusseum and near to Roma Termini train station. We arrived very late at night and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also well stocked and varied.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms with friendly staff
The beds were comfortable, staff were friendly
6.3
The distance though it looked quite near from the map from the Roma termini, if you have luggage a it might be a pain to walk to the hotel. A lot of uphill, downhill road & the pavement are cobbled so by the time we lugged our bags to the hotel we were tired! Should have taken a taxi.
Breakfast was very basic. But the staff were chirpy & friendly.
Free wifi in the room which was fantastic!

Warm welcome in a great location
Location, friendly/helpful staff

The hotel is in a very pretty side street very (but not too) near the main train station from the airport. The Metro is even closer, and the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine are also a short walk away. Most of Centro Storico is walking distance, and the Vatican an easy Metro ride. Some good restaurants and bars are dotted around nearby - we especially liked La Taverna dei Fori Imperiali.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't big, but ample, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, if you like your mattress reassuringly firm. The Wifi connection was unreliable but usable with perseverance. There was no direct lift access to any rooms on our floor (lift stopped at a landing a flight of stairs away from ours) - so if you have a lot of luggage you may want to ask for help getting it to your room.
Breakfast wasn't bad, but get there early for best choice.
Overall, I'd say this is a good option for the price in central Rome.

It's a couple blocks walk from the train terminal to this motel. Easy access to the metro and walking distance to everything but the Vatican. The room was small compared to our stays in Florence but clean and quiet. The shower was ridiculously small! All motels are going to be expensive in Rome and this one no exception. U.S. equivalent to a small Best Western. Conciege was excellent!

Nice small hotel close to the Coliseum
8.7
Hotel Raffaello is a pleasant hotel within walking distance of Rome Termini (the main train station) and the Coliseum. Like many hotels in Italy the room is small but sufficient. I appreciated having a choice of pillows to sleep on and the room was quiet at night. Breakfast is a cold buffet with meat and eggs along with the normal spread of sweet breads, lunchmeat, cheese, cereal, yogurt and fruit. The staff t the front desk were friendly and quick to offer recommendations (although just know this is not the cheapest area of town). All in all I would recommend this hotel.

We feel Delighted
5 star service standard, clean and nice room
8.3
This is a very lovely hotel and offers good quality service to its guest. This is one of my fav hotel during my vacation this year to Europe. Even though I didn't manage to stay there long but I felt delighted with the services offered by all the staffs. After checking in, we were provided with a map guide and well explained places of interest and things to do by Elena. Elena is lovely and marvelous. she made our day. She even made us a cup of freshly brewed coffee with croissant as we arrived early & haven't taken our breakfast which it's almost lunch time. On the next morning, breakfast served was good and the waitresses are friendly, brought us our coffee and even toast the bread for us. The jacuzzi is cool and I love their Pillow Menu as there's many selection of pillows. This is crucial for people with spine problem like me. The choc for turndown service taste good and not too sweet. The hotel is willing to keep our luggage till the time we depart as our flight is in the late evening. I'll definitely come back here if I were to o back to Rome.
Tip Ciri-ciri Hotel:
Good guest services. Good breakfast and location. It's 10mins walk to the bus terminal. Got jacuzzi. Safety box key request from front desk.

Hotel with friendly service and good location
Walking distance to termini and coloseum, friendly service and cheap as it comes with breakfast
7.7
location is good as it is near the train station and metro but very quiet at night. hotel staffs are friendly and approachable. 1 thing i dislike about my room is the window is just beside the roof of the next buidling. it seems like anyone can just jump in anytime. there is no air con.. so it will be very warm if the window is close. very small bathing area but overall is value for money.
