The hotel was conveniently located easy to find. Upon entrance the lobby area was nice clean, wide & open. Checking in / out was no problem. First impression was good. General cleanliness was good but the front glass windows could do with a good clean. Noise level needs to be looked into as there is an echo when people speaking in the corridors and by the stair case, also traffic noise from outside, although this was not constant, but noise level needs attention. Some sort of sound proofing could do with looking into. Room next door when people speaking can be heard, though this was only from one room. Some sort of ground rules for all the guest are advisable, to ensure comfort for all. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and this could do with better presentation, and few more choices. An option of white & brown bread with better toast making toaster is recommended. Instead of having small tea cups, bigger mugs or at least have an option would be a good idea. Some sort of instructions on how to operate the hot water system and what to look out for would be appreciated, but i worked this out myself as the unvented hot water system was located outside my bathroom. The staff were friendly, attentive and available to help. General room service such as changing of bed, towels etc was very good. The lift was wide, clean and very good. Overall the hotel was of reasonably good standard, although there is room for some improvement, but i would recommend this hotel to others.

G'day from Australia, Stayed at the hotel for 30 days,and we were very satisfied with this hotel, As hotel staff are very friendly,more like friends. The room we stayed in was the executive room,the room was quite large,plenty of room to move around. Breakfast each morning was good. They also have room service for meals,very well priced menu, As i don't like my food too spicy,the hotel made my room meals to suit me,plus the food was great,loved my strawberry ice cream, We have been to India three times and have stayed at more expensive hotels,in Mumbai,but I think at the end of the day,we were just as satisfied with this hotel. Booking with Agoda couldn't be easier, 10/10 for both.
