Quiet a little too quiet....

Madam is a very quiet part of Samui. This can be good if all you want is privacy and no people. However it is a very quiet part of Samui for a reason. The beach isn't very nice and their is nothing to do.

Nice hotel with bungalows in different sizes and price ranges. Fantastic Beach with a cozy beach bar. The village is just outside the resort, it is small but you got all you need if you are here to relax.

This was our second stay at hutcha and it was much as we expected/remembered. Fast check in, friendly staff, lovely pool and pool area and so close to lovely clean beach. Close to Mae nam town and gorgeous local restaurants :) wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

Nice Beach, Simple Rooms
The hotel is situation in Maenam Beach, which in my opinion is the nicest beach in Koh Samui. On Thursdays, the area around the hotel becomes a big night market with street food and vendors.

We had a nice stay at Hutcha Resort. The rooms are simple and small, but comfortable. Breakfast is fair, but there are a few options.

The Bungalows are a bit small and cold. The Restaurant is not at the Beach. For 2-3 Days ok. Good Pool.

All round a very pleasant stay. All necessary amenities catered for. Nice breakfast which included good European and Thai options. Tours arranged by very approachable and helpful staff at reception who spoke a good level of English. Affordable laundry service. Clean well presented rooms and comfortable beds (although you'll only get one pillow unless you request another). Watch out for the geckos they are very noisy at night. I'm not exactly a light sleeper but I needed ear plugs! The resort is practically right on the beach. You can have dinner served on the beach by the beach bar if requested. Nice big pool with poolside bar and Thai massage service. Close proximity to Maenam village main street. Motorbikes for hire for very reasonable price for exploring the island. Complimentary water daily.
Tip:
Maenam turns into a walking st on Thursday night which was very cool. Local 'About Cafe' serves great coffee and has free wi-fi.

Nice place to relax by beach.
The pool was great and was the daily breakfast. The staff very accomodating.

The staff was helpful. We had problem with air conditioner which leaked but they fixed it immediately. Standard room was small but adequate for a single traveler. Nice landscaped grounds.
