The hotel is very expensive! given this price I do expect much more, or at least, a lesser price for what Hyatt has to offer; verall my stay was rather short, the city is not worth mentioning, thus rather ugly, beach also not worth mentioning - there much more beautiful ones in Vietnam; the only reason I was there was a conference, while the accommodation being provided in Hyatt; the hotel is clean and nice and staff is welcoming; food is ok, the only thing which is disproportionate is the price...

enjoyable stay
friendly and pro staff, excellent coffee and cakes, variety of fruit juice

the difference is we feel like living in a real residence not a hotel room. the interior design
which hides the bedroom when we open the door makes a big difference compared to other hotels and resorts we already have stayed.the balcony view to the ocean is quite worth what we expect.

Hài lòng với không gian và dịch vụ của khách sạn, tuy nhiên đồ ăn sáng hơi kém phong phú và gian phòng ăn hơi chật chội nên kh khách đông phải xếp hàng chờ.

Wonderful hotel!
Everything!!! The rooms are gorgeous. The hotel complex itself is stunning. The location is spot on - between Da Nang and Hoi An.
