Jika anda telah menempah bilik hotel melalui Agoda dan selepas itu membuktikan kepada kami bahawa anda boleh menempah bilik yang sama untuk tarikh yang sama pada kadar lebih rendah yang boleh dilihat dan boleh ditempah di laman web lain, kami akan sama ada menandingi kadar tersebut atau mengalahkannya.

Terma dan Syarat
1. “Jaminan Harga Terbaik” kami digunakan untuk tempahan yang disahkan sahaja. Anda mesti memberikan kepada kami ID Tempahan Agoda anda untuk membuat tuntutan.
2. Syarat berikut mesti digunakan:
• Hotel yang sama
• Tempoh penginapan yang sama
• Bilik/Jenis Katil yang sama
• Keperluan pembelian Lebih Awal yang sama, keperluan prapembayaran dan deposit (jika ada)
• Polisi Pembatalan dan Pindaan yang sama
• Bilik tersebut mesti tersedia untuk pengesahan serta-merta semasa ejen kami menyemak ketersediaannya
3. “Jaminan Harga Terbaik” tidak digunakan untuk kadar yang tidak diterbitkan, seperti:
• Kadar persendirian
• Kadar pakej atau promosi
• Bilik hotel yang dijual sebagai sebahagian daripada pakej pelancongan
• Kadar yang tidak tersedia kepada orang awam, yang termasuk:

4. Agoda mempunyai hak dan budi bicara untuk menentukan kesahan mana-mana tuntutan, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada, menentukan bahawa ia adalah untuk hotel, jenis bilik, tarikh yang sama, dan bahawa ia memenuhi semua keperluan Terma, Syarat, dan pemprosesan Tuntutan.
5. “Jaminan Harga Terbaik” kami tidak boleh digabungkan dengan tawaran atau promosi lain.
6. Agoda mempunyai hak untuk meminda, menyemak, menambah, menggantung, atau menamatkan “Jaminan Harga Terbaik” pada bila-bila masa.

Jaminan Tempahan
Tempahan selamat melalui Agoda sekarang ini disandarkan kepada Jaminan Tempahan kami. Jika tempahan di hotel anda yang telah disahkan (yang mana anda telah menerima baucer) tidak tersedia atau tidak diterima apabila anda tiba untuk mendaftar masuk dan tiada jenis bilik lain yang anda telah termpah tersedia, sila hubungi Pusat Bantuan Agoda 24-jam yang terdapat pada senarai nombor hubungan pada baucer hotel anda. Pakar Bantuan Pelanggan Agoda kami akan menguruskan bilik di hotel lain yang sesuai dan setanding. Agoda akan menanggung kos komunikasi ke pejabat kami, yuran pindahan dan menawarkan 10% diskaun kepada anda mengikut amaun penuh tempahan anda.
Jika anda tidak bersetuju dengan hotel gantian, Agoda akan memulangkan kembali amaun penuh tempahan dan ditambah dengan satu malam caj tambahan ke akaun anda (yang sama nilai dengan kos sebenar penginapan 1 malam berdasarkan pada tempahan asal, termasuk sebarang cukai dan caj perkhidmatan)

Pembatalan Polisi
Melainkan dinyatakan berbeza secara spesifik dalam polisi pembatalan, Agoda tidak mengenakan yuran pemprosesan untuk pembatalan.
Sebarang pembatalan yang diterima selepas tarikh tamat pembatalan yang dinyatakan dalam e-mel pengesahan (termasuk permintaan yang dibuat dalam tempoh ini) tertakluk kepada yuran pembatalan minimum 1 (SATU) malam, kecuali jika anda telah dimaklumkan sebaliknya dalam e-mel pengesahan.
Kegagalan tiba di hotel akan dianggap sebagai pembatalan lewat dan akan dikenakan yuran pembatalan minimum satu (1) malam, atau lebih, setiap bilik, kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya di dalam e-mel pengesahan.
Sebarang perubahan kepada tempahan anda mesti dibuat melalui ejen kami dan bukan terus dengan hotel. Ini digunapakai kepada perubahan tarikh, pelanjutan tempoh penginapan, daftar keluar awal, penangguhan ketibaan atau pembatalan sepenuh atau sebahagian. Sebarang masalah atau pertanyaan mengenai tempahan anda sebelum ketibaan atau semasa menginap di hotel hendaklah ditujukan kepada ejen Perkhidmatan Pelanggan kami. Kami mesti dimaklumkan mengenai semua pembatalan dalam tempoh masa pejabat kami yang biasa, iaitu daripada 08:00pg-6:00ptg (GMT+7).

- Agoda komited menyediakan proses pembayaran balik yang mudah dan efisien. Sila ambil perhatian bahawa memendekkan tempoh penginapan pada musim sibuk, tempoh penginapan penuh, semasa pesta perdagangan dan konvensyen, atau kegagalan membatalkan tempahan anda sebelum tarikh tamat yang dinyatakan dalam e-mel pengesahan, mungkin menyebabkan anda dikenakan CAJ PENALTI oleh pihak hotel. Jika sesuatu CAJ PENALTI dikenakan, ini akan ditolak daripada jumlah yang dibayar balik.
- E-mel pengesahan anda akan menetapkan tarikh tamat tempoh pembatalan (iaitu tarikh akhir anda harus membatalkan tempahan untuk mengelakkan sebarang yuran pembatalan). Secara umumnya, tarikh tamat tempoh pembatalan ialah 14 hari sebelum ketibaan anda di hotel. CAJ PENALTI selalunya penginapan satu malam, kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya dalam e-mel pengesahan.
- Melainkan dinyatakan sebaliknya secara spesifik dalam polisi pembatalan, permohonan pembatalan yang dihantar melalui mana-mana cara di atas, sebelum tarikh akhir yang dinyatakan dalam pengesahan anda, selalunya akan dipulangkan 100% kos penginapan mereka (Agoda tidak mengecaj yuran pemprosesan untuk pembatalan) dalam masa 10 hari dari tarikh permohonan diterima. Sebarang permohonan pembatalan yang dihantar selepas tarikh akhir yang dinyatakan dalam pengesahan anda juga akan diproses dalam masa 10 hari, dan sebarang caj penalti yang berkenaan akan dipotong dari amaun yang dipulangkan.
- Dalam kebanyakan kes, pembayaran balik untuk penginapan yang dipendekkan akan dibuat dalam masa 10 hari, setelah menolak sebarang CAJ PENALTI yang berkenaan; dan jika anda memaklumkan kami (dengan mana-mana cara di atas) sebelum memendekkan penginapan anda, kami dapat mencepatkan proses pembayaran balik. Walau bagaimanapun, jika anda memaklumkan kami selepas anda mendaftar keluar, beberapa pembayaran balik untuk penginapan yang dipendekkan mungkin mengambil masa lebih lama kerana beberapa hotel agak lambat mengesahkan tarikh sebenar penginapan anda. Jika pembayaran balik kepada anda mengambil masa lebih daripada 10 hari untuk diproses, kami akan memaklumkannya melalui e-mel sebaik sahaja menerima permintaan anda.

The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, and assume no responsibility for (i) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website, (ii) failure of any entry to be received by the Organizer due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, (iii) communications line, hardware and/or software failures, (iv) damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the sweepstakes, (v) theft or destruction of, tampering with, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries and/or entry information, or (vi) entries which are late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, and/or unintelligible. By entering, entrants agree to comply with these rules. Any entrant who attempts to tamper with this Contest in any way shall be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. Additional restrictions may apply.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to discontinue, cancel or modify the terms of the Contest at any point in time.
8. The winner must answer a qualifying question in order to claim the prize.
