Wonderful London Experience

Staff were very friendly and efficient, locationwise very central and rooms are comfortable.

Overall our stay was enjoyable, the staff were attentive, all our requests were attended promptly. The rooms with park view were the best. Will definitely come back.

Heat system failure. Comfortable bed.

Staff are good, supoortive while I was unable to stay as scheduled due to failure at hot water and heat system. Good location for quiet and peace near Hyde Park. Easy access to public transport.

4* building outlook in Hyde Park area, but 3* outdated hotel facilities in rooms, need contemporary change a lot for survival. No hot water for bath. No heat for room. Bath tube is narrow. Wardrobe is narrow with a bulky iron facilities. Only bed is comfortable. The food at Thai restaurant is made of used (old) oil even other ingredients are fresh and the flavour is more sugar than any usual Thai food whereas food at Island Grill is more decent. I enjoy its lounge bar. This hotel I won't go again.

Staffs are very professional. They offered excellent services especially receptionists,room cleaner ( Ms. Zohra )and also the concierge (Mr. Sebastian. Location is also good, very near metro and bus stop. Definitely we will comeback to this hotel

The staffs are very professional especially receptionist, the staff who clean the room, Ms. Zohra and also Mr. Sebastian in Concierge. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good location. Definitely we will comeback to this hotel again in our next trip

Overrated hotel

Internet in the room didn't work. room was tiny. The pictures on the internet very deceiving. Staff were nice though. Overall highly overrated. Cheaper and nicer hotels in the same locati0n.

unhappy experience on Lancaster Holiday

I have an very bad experience on this hotel, I have 2 bookings on this hotel, the first one is from 1Jan to 5 Jan on a normal room. However, I change my plan and add one more booking on 31Dec. However, as no more normal room. I pay extra money to book a Deluxe room for one night. During my check-in, I asked that I need to change room during 1 Jan. The front desk staff told me that it was not required. I have asked again as I aware the room type was different. And, I confirmed that it was no need to change by the front desk staff. My initial though that it would be the hotel kindly offer an upgrade for me. However, on 1 Jan night, when I came back hotel at night around 8:30 pm, one staff came to my room suddenly (without knocking my door and open the door by herself using the key) and told me that I should checked out today. I just clarified that your front desk colleague changed it to 5 Jan before. Then, the staff left. 5 minutes later, she called again and told me that her colleagues made an mistake on it as she was a new staff. I said it was now close to 9:00 pm and asked to changed the room tomorrow. However, it was rejected unless I am willing to pay extra money. I explained I asked it before but I was told I don't need to change. The staff just mentioned it was an error made by the front desk staff as she was a new staff. At the end, I have to packed everything within 10 mins to change the room. When I return the old room key to the front desk and shared this bad feeling to their front desk staff, she just said that they would share my feedback to their manager. However, I didn't receive any real feedback from them. To me, the worst thing is not the staff make an mistake. The worst thing is the hotel management team push the responsibility to the new staff. I really don't care that it is an mistake or not. It is your hotel issue. I think you can make a better offer to give me time to change room.
