Extremely disappointing all the way around. The common areas are beautiful and well designed. The rooms on the other hand are cramped, cheaply built and generally well below par. My first non-smoking room smelled so bad of smoke, I couldn't last 30 seconds. They moved me into another tiny room, but it also had that lasting stench of smoke. I then tried to refund my stay and go somewhere else as I was completely dissatisfied with the rooms. When they wouldn't let me refund they offered me a 600 dirham a night more suite. It was good size, but looked like the carpet belonged in grandmother's house. Overall, save your money and go somewhere better, but come to this place for a drink

A Lovely Modern Hotel in Dubai Internet City
Excellent business center, good internet connection, nice lounge/clubhouse, nice gym and lovely, helpful staff

My company sent me for training in Dubai and it was conducted in this Hotel itself. Best option is of course to stay in this Hotel. Initially taken aback on the price when I browse the Hotel Website. But Agoda offered a good deal and grab it straightaway.
The business center where the course was conducted are well equipped and comfortable. The breakout area are spacious enough and the refreshments are really fantastic. Lunch was also great with quite a good spread. Spent almost every evening in the gym which was quite well-equipped.
The Hip VIP room is not very spacious, though the interior is nice and cozy. Internet connection is superb and in-room dining is quite nice too.
The lounge and clubhouse by the pool is nice with its open concept.
Overall, the stay had been very pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful too.
However, I would recommend for business and leisure. Not with family with kids.
Tip Penarik Perhatian/Pemandangan:
The Marina is just 5 minutes walk away and The Walk 9by the Hilton) is about 20 mins walk away. Both place have excellent rows of food joits, cafes and restaurants. You can take boat ride from The Marina out to Palm Jumeirah. Just in front of the Hotel is an open field concert area. Coming concert this April and May will be Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars.

i have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. my summary after a couple of stays, is to not stay there again. i think the place is over rated. the hotel lacks a personal service touch that i expect as a hard charging business executive. the staff are not particularly accommodating. they have to be pushed to do anything. the food is above average but not great. the rooms are very small. bathrooms are challenging. taxis have a hard time getting to the hotel because its located off a ramp which can only be accessed from one direction, and its not intuitive how to get there. you can drive around and around for 15 minutes trying to reach the entrance. their business center has limited hours. you have to get the front desk to print things like boarding passes and they invariably have to be called several times to get it delivered. i think they just dont know how to use email and print documents. for so much money spent on trying to be trendy they need to spend more money and energy on providing customer excellence. i dont think they get it.

Its near the Jumeirah beach walk and the Dubai Marina mall and the mall of the Emirates only a short taxi ride.
