Small room but comfortable and everything you need for an o/n stay.
Excellent city position for theatres, food, transport etc.
No traffic noise in our room but i could hear other people talking in the corridor

not much - even check in was laborious

when attempting to use the self park option we found out that it was the car park 250m away
then there was the lift upgrade issue meaning only 1 lift was in use for the hotel led to many delays in room movements & people movements as the only lift was often overcrowded and impossible to use which often led to enforced use of the stairs- ugh
the room on the 5th floor was pretty basic and outdated in decor - maybe 1980's decor/style
overall if i HAD READ the FINE PRINT in my on-line booking i WOULD NOT stay here again

We love the location but need some renovation as the room looks old. The only disadvantage is NO FREE WIFI. Clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed our stays in this hotel.
