Very nice stay. I would come back. Check in can be slow as they were always at Max. capacity. Wifi was slow but many alternative places to get good Wifi. The pool was often over chlorinated causing skin irritations for children. Lovely setting and close to pier and nightclubs.

very nice hotel
the hotel is about 5 mins walk from the pier. All the rooms if i am correct come with a balcony, which is nice to sit outside to enjoy the breeze.

The Phi Phi Banyan Villa Hotel was a bit overpriced (like everything else on Phi Phi), and the lady at the front desk was a bit rude and seemed very annoyed if you asked her questions and requested her to send staff to fix things in the room.

Nice place to explore the island staying in the main village. Close to many restaurants and little shops. Close to the pier and taxi boats. The beach in the island is not gorgeous, but you take a taxi boat to other beaches in the neighbourhood. We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very pleasant, clean and confortable, but also overpriced (its phi phi).

It's good to stay in Phi Phi Banyan Villa Hotel. Only 3 minutes walk to the port and 5 minutes to the beach. The water in the pool is salty.

This is my third stay at Ban Yan Villa and I think it's in a good position for food and bars. Always had a pleasant experience there with a good gym if needed. The breakfast could be improved slightly

decent option on Koh Phi Phi

our stay was quite expensive, $120 USD/night but we book only 2-3 days in advance. It was an ok hotel but not for the price we paid. The bathroom smells a little weird, other than that, everything else was fine, clean room, balcony, quiet. If you can get this place for $50 cheaper it would be worth it, but the lodging on Phi Phi tends to be more expensive overall that other cities in thailand.
