John N. Pelancong solo United States of America, 01 Januari 2013	Clean - Friendly Good location Close to Airports and Train 8.7 Friendly Staff, Clean & very quiet Rooms. Basic services, internet and room amenities. Easy access from airport. Safe walk to train station and service to CBD. Considering how close the property is located to the airport, the room was very quite. I want to say thank you again to all the staff for your professionalism and friendliness. Tip: Arrange to take shuttle bus to / from the airport, it will be much less expensive then a taxi.

Pasangan Hong Kong, 01 Januari 2013	Basic and Standard, Close to Airport Close to airport, good for my early flight 5.7 It was difficult and expensive to spend one night at Sydney downtown on New Year Eve. Besides, we have to catch 830am flight on Jan 1. Quest Mascot was just a perfect match for our case. The room is standard. But maybe due to public holiday, no front desk in service to support our check out early in the morning. Tip Ciri-ciri Hotel: That's what we learnt: If you need to check out by then, just slip your room card under the front desk gate, dropped your parking lot key machine into the mail box in front of the entrance gate. Lucky that we got up very early for 'self check out' so that we won't miss our plane!

Judy W. Pelancong solo Australia, 19 November 2012	Good location near the airport Very pleasant quiet room. Well set up for self catering 7.3 I chose the apartment because of the location in Mascot. I found the staff pleasant and helpful although when I was waiting for the airport transfer bus I was not told to wait outside and the bus departed without checking inside and without me. There are limited dining options within walking distance however some Mascot food outlets offer free delivery and the hotel provides information and menus in the room.It is within walking distance of the domestic terminal with not too much luggage. Tip Restoran: If staying at this hotel try the Thai option. Free delivery for an order over $20
Julian S. Pasangan Australia, 18 November 2012	Comfortable (and quiet) hotel but problem booking Very close to airport. Good sized room. 9 It's hard to know how to rate our stay at Quest Mascot. We were told on arrival that they had no booking for us (and the hotel was full). Eventually we found ut that there had been a dispute between Agoda and Quest about some payments and Quest decided not to honour Agoda bookings. Neither party had notified us there would be a problem. However, the recepionist was extremely helpful - he rang Agoda's international number for us so we could discuss the problem. Meanwhile, he rang around the people who had booked in but not yet arrived and amazingly found out there was an incorrect booking, so he had a room for us after all! Once this drama was resolved, we had a comfortable stay overnight before leaving early for our overseas flight. Quest arranged a minibus pickup for us ($6 each) which worked well.

Pasangan Australia, 18 November 2012	Great for an overnight stay near the airport Close to the domestic airport but still a 15 minute walk 6 We needed a hotel to stay at overnight before a flight in the morning. The room was clean, close to the airport and therefore was great for what we required. Tip Ciri-ciri Hotel: It is a good idea to book a shuttle to the airport if you have a lot of luggage.
Nagano T. Keluarga dengan anak dewasa Japan, 17 November 2012	Good place for a family Hospitable receptionist and well furnished room 8.3 The receptionist was friendly and hospitable. One problem was there's only one receptionist, so we had to wait for five to ten minutes until he attended us. It takes about five minutes to go to nearby restaurants and food stores. We stayed in a family room for four persons - two bedrooms and a living and kitchen-dining room. A washing machine and a dryer was furnished. Enough equipment for a family.

Friendly service, close to City and Airport 8 An obvious choice for travellers in transit but also recommended for a get away for Sydney couples. Not much to do in the direct area but close enough to La Perouse and Botany Bay area if you are looking for things to do during the day. Great food on Botany Rd from one of Sydney's most sought after Vietnamese pork rolls to the magnificent Agape restaurant. Tip Restoran: If you can get in, you absolutely must go to Agape organic restaurant on Botany Rd. Not a cheap eat but amazing and inspirational food. One of Sydney's gems!.

Keluarga dengan anak dewasa India, 28 Oktober 2012	close to airport and just 20 minutes from city fairly near to train station 10-15 walk from domestic terminal train station 7.7 The one bedroom apartment is spacious for 3 of us. The kitchen was was well equipped, we found a iga where most of the food items to cook were available. we stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and have liked the place, felt that we could have spent some more time. In fact if you are travelling from with in Australia you can bring the food items with you. See that you begin the day earlier to tour most of the day.the hotel s staff were friendly.

Tip Ciri-ciri Hotel: ask for parking before you arrive.
