Very functional Hotel. Good value for Money

It was comfortable. It is on the ring road. Locating it from airport/ other side (nehru place side) is a bit difficult in first try. There is an entry just before the Chirag Delhi flyover if you are coming from airport on the left parallel to the ring road. Taxi drivers tend to miss it. If you miss it no worries you just turn left at the cross-section and further ahead you will have to take a U turn and come back to the Hotel. Breakfast spread was modest but effective.
Check in was quick and efficient. Room is neat and clean while the toiletries and accessories in toilet are good quality.
I stayed only overnight and thus don;t have too long an experience to talk about. Found the Bed comfortable, the TV LCD and large (32 inch I guess).
The only hitch being I found the central AC non functional. I was too tired in the night when I had checked in, to complain.

The location of the hotel is a good one. The stuff very polite and ready to help.
The only problem is that it looks that the people who clean the rooms are a bit sloppy.
One more thing - do not use the hotel's service for taxis - they will rob you. For example - the proce for a taxi from the airport to the hotel is around and they charge !!!

we had business in south delhi so this hotel was very conveniently located.
most of the staff was very helpful and nice. there was an incidence when we first checked in that we had 5 staff members visit our room for various "adjustments"..such as turning on the tv for us.seriously i think i can manage to turn on a tv.
i did not like the fact that they normally knock and then walk right in before we even have a chance to answer. it was such an obvious ploy for a tip. we were tired and just wanted them to stop annoying us.
the restaurant is small but the staff was awesome. i did find the hotel pricy for the food, room and even things like in room bar.
we stayed because it was a decent and clean hotel and it was a convenient location for us. but there is nothing really extraordinary about the hotel. it is a little too expensive by indian standards for what it offers. i guess south delhi is a bit more expensive in general

hotel policies are a bit strange. they want you to use their in house car, for which they charge a hefty fee. so if you want to call a regular car, they refuse as its against their policy? hope you have a computer and can look a number for the cab. i thought they are a bit pricy even for south delhi.

it was clean and modern. It was a convenient location for us. The hotel was neither bad nor great. It was average. A little on the pricy side but decent. Kitchen staff was great even though there was never anyone in the restaurant and it felt like they had to open the restaurant just for us everytime. But the food was good. Too bad they don't serve alchohol. There is however alchohol in the minibar in the rooms. Ofcourse they charge amazingly high prices for that privilage.

Booked two rooms through Agoda and prepaid with a voucher in hand. they were able to muster one room - so we had to share a room. I requested another bed and they put three cushions on the floor as an extra bed!
There were no towels in the room and had to ask twice.
Finally to have an insult on the injury, they charged me extra $40 for the extra bed! No apologies for the screw up ... didnt matter that we had already paid for two rooms .,,
I would never stay there ...
