The Ubahn is literally outside the front door. Close to restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size. Having breakfast included was convenient. Will be returning in September and staying at the Royal Hotel. Tip: Easy to catch the City Airport Terminal (CAT) from airport then U3 line then to Stephanplatz (only 9 euros) (16 mins)

Besides, McDonald and Billa Supermarkert just located in opposite of the Royal Hotel. Would like to live again in Royal Hotel. Tip Membeli Belah: no duty free shop in vienna airport eventhough after pass through the boarding pass area! you need to do custom stamp and tax return again. impossible!!!

The hotel is situated less than 50 metres away from the Stephansplatz. The restaurant situated on the 10th floor of the hotel, has a very nice atmosphere and serves good Italian food. The breakfast facilities were very good and despite the amount of customers going through, there were never problems at the buffet.

Staff is very helpful 9.7 We enjoyed during our 11 day stay in Royal Hotel.Nothing wrong with service .Rooms carpets need to change maybe and as ı heard they will renovate rooms soon .İf ı visit Vienna again ı will stay in this hotel.We felt ourself in our home.Thanks to all staff for that.

Pasangan Malaysia, 29 Oktober 2010	Lovely hotel and service with excellent location location, room design, 8.3 The hotel is located at excellent location, 1 minute walks from Stephansplatz underground and another 1 minute walks to St. Stephen's Cathedral, besides that, all stores are within walking distance. Fantastic choice for shoppers and travelers. The hotel staff is very friendly, I arrived at hotel at 5.00am, it was cold and freezing, but the staff allow us to early check in, I really appreciate that. The room design is very authentic, the highest floor has special roof window, you can see stars and moons at night.

Pelancong solo Australia, 19 Mac 2010	Great position Location, a big pot of steaming hot coffee per person at breakfast. 7.7 A really great position almost on the steps of St Stephen's Cathedral, easy walking distance to most tourist sites, right on the corner of the two principal shopping streets and almost on top of an underground station. Also great value with the Agoda price. Two excellent restaurants on site-worth visiting just to see the wine decanting ceremony which was very impressive. Reception helpful and sells the Vienna Card which gives free travel on city transport and a discount on entry tickets. Probably only worth buying for the transport-make sure you visit Schonbrun,Belvedere, Prater, etc during the 3 days validity. Rooms are big and bathrooms BIG. Some bathroom fittings could do with an update. Very noisy air con exhaust in my bathroom and some hints of smells so I kept the bathroom door closed. Wifi only available in some areas and on payment.
