awesome place for couples
1) villa is super nice 2) great view of mountains 3) very quiet place and romantic

Overall my stay in sea pearl villa the place is a great place to stay in as it was really relaxing and beautiful too. However it was really difficult to travel around the area as it was in the middle of the mountain. The hotel should have ffacilites such as airport transfer and the trip will be even more comfortable.

Stay was quite comfortable but wifi was slow. Also, as the hotel is located on top of a hill, cab fares tend to be more expensive.

The best holiday ever
friendly staff, well organized and a feeling that my needs are not too much for them. We enjoy the privacy of our rooms. The view over Phatong beach was amaizing.

Sunlight, beaches, spas and relax holiday
The pool villa is excellent, big rooms, good services, good design, and have parking immediately outside my room!

The room is big and with immediate pool access, and the pool is also a big one! Extremely convenient if you're driving there. The thing can improve is the variety of buffet breakfast, and also the facilities in room is a bit old compare with other five stars. Also it'll be nice if the pool access room can have a bathtub. But it's still a highly recommended choice.

The room is nice but its really smelly from the air con.. We had problem with the safe box but it took 2 days to be fixed without follow up from the staff. We had to ask what's going on.

Worst service I've Ever Had

Poor service. Complaints ignored. Manager didn't intervene. Rooms were never made, you had to call reception a few times and if it got made it was at like 4 pm. Reception were rude unhelpful if you asked for anything they ignore you. you dont get the room you paid for heard a few people complaining about the same things. Booked a transfer through the hotel and the told me they would fetch us from our room, I called reception to check and they said we would be fetched from our room, NO we had to walk up a steep hill with over 90kgs of luggage. Overall a nice hotel which is ruined by poor service, heard everyone complaining too but when you do they just stare at you, very very infuriating.
