its a very nice hotel to stay with great service
good service, clean room, very kind people

the service is very excellent. but its only a minor problem in bromo restaurant on breakfast, in which they put the food tag were different to the food that was served. the customer service was very friendly. the room service was also very fast.

I booked a Club Room at a very good rate, the service was fantastic and far beyond what I imagine it was. Good comfortable room of good size and clean, staff were great and helpful. Food during Cocktail hours were great too.

Just So-so hotel with expensive rate
complete buffet breakfast, accesible to the shopping centre, comfy bed

honestly i may say it is just a so-so hotel compare to other 5 star hotel i have been stayed.
the breakfast buffet is complete but the taste is only so-so, not great.
the bathtub drainage had a problem to release, and i have to put a spoon to make it open.
i didn't really feel the breeze of the aircon, although i have put it in medium fan.
the staff also not really friendly and very rare to say hi to the customer.
i may say this hotel is much low than my expectation
