I initially thought it was incredible to have our own jacuzzi so we opted out of a hotel close to the beach for this one figuring we can just take a taxi or moped down to the beach everyday. Plus the pictures on agoda seemed promising. Once we arrived at the Phuket Airport, we paid 200 baht each to take a minibus to Patong. It took our driver half an hour to find this place - he was frustrated to the point that he told us to just book another hotel near the beach and cancel this one. Once we got there, it turned out it was a rundown small and narrow little hotel 15 minutes into the rainforest. The male receptionist in comfortable and normal clothes was waiting at the door. There was literally no one nearby. No taxis. No people. It was kind of daunting. When he saw us up to the room - it had a very eerie feeling to it. While the room was somewhat big - there was something off about it. The covers were honeymoon pink with stains on it. The toilet still had pee stains left from the last tenant. And since the bathroom floor was black, we had no idea how dirty it was. After half an hour in the room, we knew we had to book another hotel. Walking from here to the beach will take 45 minutes at least and since it was rainy season, there was no way we can take it for three days. So we got on Agoda again and reserved rooms at another resort instead. Thank goodness. It was very awkward as we were leaving. It seemed that the receptionist had a disappointed expression on his face.

Excellent location, great staff, great price
Lovely large rooms, with all the mod cons. great view over Patong.

The staff extremely friendly. They busted their rear ends to assist in any way. Most spoke fluent English. If you wanted something special for breakfast they went out of their way to get it.
Just drop your laundry off with the staff & it's back the next day. They will arrange any tours, taxi's, meals. Great place to stay. I'd definitely go back.
Tip Membeli Belah:
If you want to save a few Baht, go for a trip around the island. Especially Old Phuket Town. But many other places outside Patong are really cheap.

nice staff but little effort
being in the beautiful forest!

interesting! we arrived to a pretty filthy room with a 9month old baby! but they were pretty swift to clean it when we mentioned it. very beautiful setting away from patong in the rain forest. i felt half of the staff were inept and the other half were absolutely amazing.a story of 2 sides really. the pool and rooms in the pictures looked spectacular but when we arrived it was filthy and the pool was over chlorinated so couldnt be used! i feel that if there was more effort from most of the staff then it could be great!half the staff when above and beyond the other half seem like they couldnt care and treated you like another rich tourist!
Tip Ciri-ciri Hotel:
if i hadnt had a great offer through agoda and i had paid full price then i would have been severly annoyed!
