Pleasantly surprised when we were shown to our room. It was large, spacious and very clean. Shocked that we managed to get such a great room for so little. Had a large window with a decent sized balcony over looking one of Hoi An's many small streets. It was ground level but slightly raised and felt quite private because of the bushes. Breakfast was also provided but at the sister restaurant, Than Binh 3 about 30seconds walk around the corner. Basic buffet breakfast but still nice.

It is nice hotel from outside, however the room furniture is bit old. the room was clean, bathroom was spacious, and the hotel staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel as a backpacker hotel with not high expectation.

I choose this hotel about relative his location,his price. My first night was ok, but the second i moved to Thanh Binh III because I had a mouse inside my room, and the hotel was full. This hotel need to be maintained a little and more cleanliness. Staff is attentive but not enough in my opinion. they feel no really involved about hospitality service, only to fill their hotel and that's all and to be on their mobile all the time.

The room was good and they send you around the corner to their sister hotel for a fantastic breakfast. The location was central to everything. The down side to having a balcony was the noise at night from the live band across the narrow road was unbearable even with ear plugs. They kindly upgraded us for a fee to the hotel where we had breakfast. Very happy

I had a early check in booked and it was great to get off the night sleeper bus to a easy check in at the Thanh Bin II, really appreciated. I was put in a standard room initially as a mix up but they sorted that out straight away. I didnt eat the free breakfast at all as there is a great cafe just around the corner Vi Cafe - not the best food but unreal friendly people! All the staff at Thanh Bin II were nice with good english and easy to communicate with, room cleaned each day and had a bath. Room was noisy as had thin walls and my last night was very noisy with the staff sitting up to late talking until 2am which was disappointing. Overall not too bad, easy location to get around the town.definetely recommend hiring a bike for a dollar for a day out.
