Only nit, though, and it's partially my fault, too, was the free breakfast. We had a bit of misunderstanding, but it was settled easily. Kumpulan United States of America, 17 September 2012	The Ideal Place to Stay CamSur Amazing friendly and helpful smiling Staff!!! 10 Our family stayed for 4 nights during the Penafrancia Festival in September. We were picked up from the airport by the "Ambassador" of the Avenue Plaza Hotel. You will know how fantastic he is, from the moment you meet him. At the hotel, we were greeted with cold towels and juice by the smiling, friendly Staff, including the GM of the hotel. My parents and I only waited a few minutes before we were escorted to our beautiful room overlooking the pool. Very sexy pool area, Lobby was elegant, service in the Restaurant was 5-Star with beautiful smiles. The Avenue Plaza mall in front of the hotel had very good restaurant selections. Transportation to and from the hotel to downtown is easy with jeepneys and tricycles. If you visit the during the Penafrancia Festival, ensure that you ask about their Rooftop Reception during the Fluvial Procession, it will be unforgettable. The Avenue Plaza Hotel will be our permanent home when visiting the city of Naga.

Keluarga dengan anak kecil United States of America, 30 Ogos 2012	The best place to stay in Naga City quality rooms, excellent free breakfast, fantastic staff, great pool 9.3 My wife's family is from Naga and we stay here once a year when we visit. The quality of the rooms is excellent and the staff are very well trained and genuinely seem to enjoy their work and the customers. The hotel is just behind a very nice new small plaza with coffee shop and eateries. This provides a great noise barrier from the main street in from. It is very safe and a great place for families. The prices are much lower for similar quality in the US but still relatively high for a small town in the Philippines. I strongly suggest you give it a try and avoid the disappointment of staying in a cheaper place with less to offer. The pool is great. This is also the place where all of the big names from Manila stay when they are in Naga for an event. Richard Gomez was there when we were staying last time. He is apparently a big heart throb in the PI but just another guy at breakfast here. Tip Penarik Perhatian/Pemandangan: Two blocks away are numerous fast food places and a very nice massage/spa (My Spa).

Staff on hand were fully attentive to customers needs and added to a very pleasant ambience. Restaurant quality was good with many tastes catered for. Whilst certain areas of the hotel were cordoned off for maintenance works, none of these works detracted from the overall experience

The staff are very nice and accommodating always have a smile on their face. Rooms are very clean, bathroom are clean also. There's a free pili nuts on the table and a welcome note! The pool was nice but we did not manage to swim because it was raining hard. The resto is a bit small but you can always go out and explore Naga City! One jeepney ride or tricycle ride from the city center. The free breakfast is ala carte if there are only a few guest on the hotel but it usually a buffet style. Tip Restoran: Go to Biggs! the famous fast food chain in Bicol. Biggs is everywhere so no problem looking for the place.
