not satisfied, the TV is small, 22 inches only unlike other hotels that has 40 inches TV. no staff that brought us to our room and explain the facility of the room. wifi signal is weak

The beds were amazingly comfortable, the morning breakfast was superb, loads of variety to choose from, and quality food. The room size was okay. Internet was working well.
It was very very hard to get a taxi outside the hotel, especially to go into town, so make sure you bring lots of patience if u need a taxi.
Malls and shopping centers are in walking distance.
Had an awesome sleep there, would stay there again.

A comfortable overnight stay

This is one of the newer hotels in Alabang. We were upgraded to the rooms in the new tower. The rooms were immaculate and clean. The bathroom was also well designed and spacious enough. We stayed here for one night as we had arrived from Batanes and were going off to Tagaytay the next day. The hotel was near to the malls and restaurants and it was good to have a free hotel shuttle services. The buffet breakfast which was included in our room rate was nothing out of the ordinary. The water in the pool in the new tower where we stayed in was rather cloudy.
