Disappointingly small room

Crystal (No window) rooms are located in another building from the main Crystal Inn.
Aware that the room was booked at a lower price from other resorts in the area, the room was still disappointingly small. There was only a standing shower and the toilet was only separated by a curtain. The room however, is clean.
Tip Penarik Perhatian/Pemandangan:
Crstal Inn is located in Ita Thao Wharf across the lake from the main area of Shuishe Wharf. The two areas are connected by the round lake shuttle bus service and cheap ferry service. Ita Thao is within walking distance to the cable car station

the crustaceeën inn is à boutique hotel, part of the langer and better known crystal resort. the staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. the hotel is hoever unknown for the staff at shueishe visitor center.
Tip:
Take the Ferry to Ita thao pier or the lake round bus from the shueishe visitor center to Ita thao or the cable car. Then go inside the crystal resort hotel wherry the staff Will take care of you.

Clean and comfortable room

Booked this last min. ALthough there is no window, the room was very clean and comfortable. The pillow was great, fluffy enough and not too flat. Brekfast was decent. But quite pricy accommoation.

I was actually given a room at a different building a short distance from the hotel. Setup was more like an Inn. Me and my friend choosed to upgrade to a standard room at the hotel. I guess the hardware was decent but what was disturbing was that the washroom has no doors and was separated from the bedroom with only a thin translucent curtain.The only thing I liked about this hotel is the service, nothing more.

We were lucky to get free movie all night, plus they were all new released as well.

Nice Hotel near Sun Moon Lake

The hotel staff were very nice and warm, very accommodating and tried their best to speak English to be understood. They even take effort to bring our luggages to our hotel room while we went out for a stroll. When we come back, our luggages were at the hotel room already. The room was small but very clean especially the linens. The buffet breakfast was very nice had a great view of the lake while taking our breakfast.
Tip:
Once you're at Shuishe Information Center, be sure to take the shuttle bus before 5:30 pm otherwise, if you miss the bus, you'll take a taxi going to Ita Thao village at NT$400.The regular fare is only NT$28 for a one-way ride from Shuishe to Ita Thao Village.

Very beautiful hotel and great location

The stay was very pleasant, there was even introduction to the room by the staff. The toilet is fully automated and the room was very clean and classy.
Tip Ciri-ciri Hotel:
There was basically nothing you can do at night as all the shops will be closed. So you can borrow DVD from the lobby and spend the night watching movie in the comfy room.

Not the best but better than none

no window room actually is at another building. the room is new and clean until at night when i discover some sort of worms on their wooden flooring. my guess was it was a very old building before they renovated it. good thing it only appear on the floor, none near our bed. other than that, the room is very comfortable.
