good stay I will go again

First off I said location is great, I always rent a motorcycle wherever I go and they have 2 menus available the company comes to drop off the bike and picks it up afterwards, price is standard bike was almost brand new! Internet is good but bandwidth is low, fortunately I don't need much for what I do, but browsing is a bit slow. The staff are excellent people, very friendly and truly helpful for any questions. I checked in alone and had an old friend over for the evening the first night and was charged for breakfast for my friend, whatever, I did not complain but if occupancy says up to two then I would assume that includes breakfast for two. I did not find out about the free shuttle to the airport until I already booked the last night elsewhere.

I enjoyed my 6 night stay here, the apartment style rooms are excellent and the staff were very helpful with arranging transport etc. There is a free shuttle service to night markets each day. A few problems, I had booked airport transfer which never arrived. Took a lot of waiting and 2 phone calls before the hotel admitted no-one was coming. I ended up taking a taxi which was cheap and easy and the hotel paid the taxi. My hot water unit was faulty and I had several cold showers. Reported it twice to hotel and finally fixed the day before I left. Also mini bar was not always restocked daily, but they came when I asked. Pool decking in need of maintenance but pool area nice. Breakfast average. Quiet location away from centre of town but only about 5 minutes by tuktuk.

Great hotel/ service apartment

We loved the Grand Napat. It was close enough to the centre of Chiengmai, but sufficiently distant to make it quiet. Staff were lovely. All the fittings in our studio were of top quality, and the place was clean and pretty new. Would definitely return.
Tip Restoran: Japanese restaurant Tengozu was fantastic

Quiet, Relaxing Hotel

Clean, comfortable rooms, Good breakfast, Beautiful Pool Area, Friendly and Helpful Staff

Although the Hotel was a few Km from Chaing Mai Old Town it was easy to find transport to take you in. Local Shared Taxis, Tuk Tuks etc were easy to flag down. Hotel also provided free transfer every evening at 1830. Hotel Transport also offered free pick up and drop off to/from Airport, Bus or Train Stations. Saw many nice Hotels in Chaing Mai but none seem to offer the comfort, quiet and relaxed atmosphere the Grabd Napat provided. Plenty of cheap eating places nearby.
Tip Penarik Perhatian/Pemandangan: Head to the Riverside Rest for great food, beautiful location.

After staying in the mercure, this place was luxury. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. The bed was very comfy and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in 7 months. All the food was fresh and the breakfast staff were pretty efficient. The evening meal we had was also tasty and so overall a thumbs up. The location is slightly out of the centre but 100 baht tuk tuk in to the markets etc does not break the bank and so it makes a quiet location. The only one thing that let it down was the gym equipment, it was quite unsafe and most of the machines were broken.

Good Hotel and lot of open space, sufficient parking space. Only point of improvement may the Breakfast menu need a thought to improve to suit the vegetarian person. Otherwise all other facilities are upto the mark
