The data Orient House Hotel is nearly the kata beach, 15 miniute from hotel.
Staff is very friendly and very good service they can speak both of Thai and English.
The room is big and clean with air conditional and fan.
Breakfast is a lot but not delicious, 7-11 is nearly .

Great Value, Comfortable Room, 15 Mins to Beach

Stayed in a standard room during low season at an incredibly low price. The room itself is very spacious, standard asian hard mattress, big windows and decent bathroom. Hot water in bathroom could have been better but was adequate. Nice channel package on the flat screen TV. Great layout of the hotel with rooms surrounding the pool and gardens. Each room had a nice covered sitting area either on a balcony or just outside the door. Pool not exceptionally large but larger than most and plenty of sun loungers available around the pool. We liked this place so much that we extended our stay twice. In 8 months in Asia, this had to be one of the best value rooms we had. 15 minute walk to Kata beach which is not bad and plenty of 7-11's and resto's just outside the hotel.

Spent 5 nights at Orient House,the staff were lovely always smiling and happy to assist.great price accommadation although it was low season.Room was clean and spacious with floor to ceiling windows beautiful view of pool and garden.Although matress too hard but thats a personal opion.location perfect away from the noise but walking distance from bars beach restuarants shopping.Perfect 10/10
