So far so good. But we stayed at 17th floor, unlucky just upper of your ballroom.
At nearly midnight, there were some noise like dock dock. We hardly fall asleep every night.

The heated indoor swimming pool, the modern IT Savvy Room, Accessibilty to everywhere

Excellent service, friendly staff, nice indoor heated swimming pool.The only negative is it's a no smoking hotel so you can only smoke in the designated place like the lounge.

It was fine, just that this time house keeping forgot to replenish the shampoos and soaps. This is a pretty decent hotel. Just wish the ceiling is much higher and the lighting is better.
