The best thing about this hotel is the location, right in the middle of Melbourne within reach of public transport including trams & trains. If you're in Melbourne for shopping - I highly recommend this hotel.

Good 4 Star hotel right in the shopping area

Good average 4 star hotel right on the swanston Street, which is the main CBD shopping area. The hotel is manage by accor using the grand mercure standard. The location is great, the room was also quite big and the furniture was ok not too old. However, the drawback is that there are too many group tourist staying in this hotel therefore you wont find any peace and quiet time here. For the price you pay, i think it is a very reasonable hotel to stay in the CBD. However, not suitable for drove driving rental car as there are no car park at the hotel.
