Bed bugs!!!

Old hotel with well maintain
Room was huge...check out in less than 30 seconds. Nice spread of foods during breakfast. Will stay again next time i visit JB

Close to KSL, slow customer service
Room is big and nice. free shuttle to JPO, only once a day at 11am. close to KSL. Slow checking in.

Opinion
I'm recurring customers for this hotel. What i like the most is their Big size bed, plenty selection of foods during breakfast, staff very friendly and its quiet environment. What i dont like the most are:- i) shower head holder was spoilt, ii) my room was near to the train station. I can hear their horn which wake me up~ iii) Not very near to 2nd link to Singapore.(subjective view)

Satisfactory stay
Check-in was delayed by about 2 hours. However, manager on duty resolved the issue by making some adjustments and it become a win-win for us and the hotel. Breakfast is good with variety.

Awful front service counter staffs
Not satisfied. Will not book again. It was a weekday and room was not ready when we checked-in at 3pm; the hotel's official check-in time. Room key was issued to travelers whom check-in later than us. Both room keys eventually issued does not work, made 2 trips back to the front counter but still does not work. No offer to follow us up on my 3rd approach at the counter, I had to request and luckily I did, as they had to use their master card to open up our room. The only pro was a spacious room and a helpful doorman. He is the only one with impeccable customer service.
