Late check in after 10 pm
Taxi has circled the place a few times. Sign board is not prominent. Place is convenient for local food even till late hours. Door access is restricted after 11 pm Good value ... fashion room should have mentioned its a smoking floor not well rested ...

Improvement wish for the next stay. Give up NO.
Air-con cool enough. Staff quite helpful & friendly(male) . Location nice for F&B.
1st day check in, room house keep in not done. Change to 2nd room, when bath no hot water. Starting actualy check in & out as not confirmed continue stay. 3rd room , consider ok, but, wifi can't connected. Change to 4th room continue few days, no water more than a day, when ask from front desk, feedback was , "I also don't know, what can I do? All is syabas problem..." Ask to contact management, at least give some feedback or solution. Didn't think of get refund to make staff hard, but what's the purpose to pay n check in but do nothing instead of sitting wait fr water. Can't bath, can't wash up, can't even flush after toilet. I did know it wasn't a fault from hotel, but at least give me some feed back or a sincerelity to cool me down, as I can't even make up myself to work. I even give suggestion to them to ask management , maybe half my price, or extend half day for me, at least we consumer get something fair back and get to bath and etc without asking check out faster or charged on late check out... Coincidence the time of water worked back was on 11am, but still in some dirty situation and working not smooth, when nearly normal, should nearly 12. I should check out without wash up or done myself but being charge for late? Counter woman even tell me what to do? If arrange some for u, others how? And out rate already very low... I don't think the rate was a reason or a point, u can take higher rate if u deserved it. Same as higher star hotel charge higher , when refund also refund more and attitude was the heading point as I think... Even asking a pail of water just to keep their toilet clean by manual even no water, also didn't make it after we put the pail front of room... Only the first pail after 3-4 call to reception... Shower in bath room can't get a stand as well. Hope improvement to be done and I will continue support and enjoy the effort of improvement from management team of My Home Hotel.

The room was having a terrible cigarette smoke smell althought i had request a non-smoking room before check-in. Can't sleep in the whole night and request to change room but was being told all the rooms are the same. Had a very bad stay and willing to pay more for a better hotel next trip.
