Comfortable and safe place to stay
Stayed here for the 2nd time in a good room (rather musty smell though) and it was fine as we were out all day - this place is convenient and felt safe and easy to park and access local restaurants etc. The manageress Lilian is a good friend now and she is a lovely person. The staff are polite and the breakfast very good. I would stay again

Fantastic stay
The staff, location and rooms
We were there as two couples. We were welcomed with warm hands and were checked-in prior to the noemal check-in time as we had arrived early in the morning. Great stay indeed. I like the fact that the guesthouse is located centrally almost to everything. I certainly will go back.

Excellent service
Lillian, apartment, deck
I found Lillian to be amazing. Her service is exceptional and she made my stay a great and pleasing experience. I had great accommodation and was grateful to her concern about my fractured foot - she went out of her way to accommodate me. I would definetly visit again. Karyn Poole

Just Okay
Good location and quiet nights
I didn't spend much time at the hotel as I was out with friends and always came back late at night. Three things I think should be improved at the hotel: 1. Parking space (depending on what time you come back, parking space is a bit congested) 2. Areas like the dining area and guest rooms should be off-bounds for the owner's cat (I like some pets but the cat is not one of them. When I had my breakfast the cat kept peeping at my plate from underneath table and the same night I found the cat resting in my bed as the windows were open) 3. The carpet in the room had an unpleasant smell (It smelt like it was soaked with water/cleaned just before I came in)

Good Location, Lovely Atmosphere, Friendly Staff
Atmosphere, Location, Friendly Staff
My husband and I used the guesthouse as a base for family visits. Lovely gardens create a real Thai feel and the patio was a great place to drink a coffee. Just down the road is a restaurant area with good eating options from budget to expensive. I would definitely visit again.
