Average resort in fantastic location
location,location.location
We initially couldn't find the NaNaChart resort until we realised it was away from the main area of Ban Krut on a quieter and better beach just North of the main town. What a location! On a beautiful beach with only one or two other resorts. Unfortunately the resort needs some money spent on it - and some useful staff! It was obviously a great YHA in its day and now gets more bookings for its bungalows. The pool is superb but there are not enough deck chairs or lounge chairs to sit on. I counted only 5 lounge chairs for the entire resort and if you didnt grab one early then it was bad luck for the day, people did not give them up. We booked a beachside bungalow but were put in a garden view room which was clean and tidy but not as nice. So when we booked an extra night we had to push to be moved into one of the beachsied bungalows, which are much nicer and better quality. The food was very average and it was often hard to find someone to talk to who worked at the resort. Needs a heap of money poured into it but would come back again just because of the amazing location.

Very quiet and restful resort!
Great service and great comfort
We were the only ones there it seemed, because there was so much room for the guests to wander around. The pool next to the beach was wonderful. We could swim in the Bay of Thailand, shower off the salt, and continue in the pool; then we would return to the salt water and swim some more! No one was on the beach, so it was very romantic. There is only one other resort sharing this small secluded inlet, and that resort is 400 yards north of us.

Great location and clean beach
The location is really great, view point of this beach quite nice, the beach was really cleaned at the time I stayed.
If someone is aiming for the nice place, quiet, clean beach. I would recommend you to visit this place rather than go to crowded location. Must see it.

Very local resort....
-Nice beach -Staff are very nice
-Tiny chlorine pool -Restaurant prices a little high considering its local food. -Rooms really basic and small. -Price a little high for what you get.
Not sure I'd stay here as I didn't feel there was much bang for buck.

Peace and quiet
A charming and quiet resort. Empty white sand beach. Nice little pool for the kids. Actually very good food. There's a spectacular Disney-esque Temple on a hill overlooking the beach - well worth a morning visit. Staff were accommodating and wonderful with our kids. There's a basket ball area and aping-pong table too.
The hotel address says Cha-Am. It's actually about 100km south of Hua Hin. A long drive if you don't check the map first.
We really enjoyed our three-day stay at the resort. We have two young kids and they occupied themselves very happily in the sea and by the pool. It's a far-away-from-it-all hideaway - not somewhere you'd want to go for nightlife. On our second day we discovered jellyfish which stung only mildly, but it was enough to keep us out of the sea. we also found what we think was a tarantula one evening, wondering down the beach. Shoes recommended, therefore.
