Quiet and central

Location, transport, shops.

This hotel lies perfect. It is one road from the main road so it is very central. But you do not get the traffic noice. That is great. It takes 1 minute to walk to the main road. Here you have taxi, bathbuss and tuk tuks to go anywhere. The weekend marked is just a walk accross the road. Bars and pubs are just around the corner.

Nightmare in Chiang Mai
2.7
This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in Thailand. It's location was off the radar of every taxi driver we used. No one could find the place. It is located down a maze of narrow roads The staff was clueless and could not assist us when we needed their assistance. The room was adequate but nothing special. I would not stay here again.

Staff is unhelpful and inexperienced

Rooms are comfortable although there is no hot water as advertised. Staff was very difficult with one occupant as the name had been changed from original booking. Clearly no one was taking someone else's room. They harassed us to call agoda to make a change but we're very quick taking deposit and room money with whatever name that was. Inconsistent performance. If u want to enforce ur policies be helpful with costumers!

I was angry to stay in this hotel because it have alot of mosquitoes in my room. The staff ask me to settle myself. The furniture are old and the toilet spread out water on the floor when i bath. I will not stay to this hotel again when i revisit chiangmai. Not worth of the value. you can find better and clean hotel.

I booked 2 double rooms and 1 triple room for 2 days 1 night. I feel lucky not to choose this hotel for longer stay. We are arrange at ground floor rooms and it have alot of mosquito flying in my room. i was request them to put some mosquito spray in my room to kill the mosquito but they ask me to settle by myself. I request them to change room but they said rooms all full. The water tape in the toilet spoilt, all the water come out from the water tape. Really felt disappointing that paying the money but with this kind of services. The breakfast is not good. I will not stay this hotel if i visit Chiang Mai again.

Good location.

Location. Can't find 2 more things that I like about the hotel.

The hotel is situated along a back alley, not on a main road. As such, it took the taxi driver a little more time to find it. The shower chain was broken, which indicated to us that the hotel is not well maintained to some extend (no daily checking or reporting by the chambermaid). Breakfast was limited choice - different type of cook-to-order eggs, cereal, bread, butter, jams, and coffee. The room is small, and the shower area and the wc were not fully separated, so that when you shower you would wet the bathroom floor. The location was actually good. But however, we couldn't find our way back with the map that the receptionist has given us. It seemed that the shortest route back to the hotel was actually going through another hotel call IMM Hotel. The receptionist should have told us, as we couldn't find the lane shown on the map that would lead us back to the hotel. These are the finer details I would expect the receptionist to have caution us.

So so

Large room, good location

The room was ok, large and nicely decorated but not super-clean. The included breakfast was very uninspired/meager, staff was not particularly helpful. Money/value wise I would have expected more of a boutique hotel
